Dont order if you are a vegetarian, found beef in the vegetable chow mein! Food was just bad!

Awful smell pork buns and plain, low quality fried rice! I had to bin the whole things and cooked something else for my dinner. I've never left any bad review for any restaurant because I think people have different taste, so no judging. But I have to leave a review for this restaurant since it is too horrible!

We ordered our food on xmas eve by phone, but as they said they were very busy and said delivery would take over 1 hour, I decided to collect my order for 4 of us. My order was taken by a young girl, probably 12 years old.It wasnt ready after 25 mins so I waited inside. When it came out, instead of one of the dishes being a veg chow mein, they gave me pork, which wasnt good if I was a veggie. The lady there said she would give me a discount of £2.50. Maybe a young girl shouldnt take orders over the phone if she couldnt understand me. Plus, they should limit the amount of orders they take as people were phoning when I was there to complain that they had been waiting over 2 hours for their orders. I know xmas eve is a busy time for takeaway orders but the service and food wasnt good at all.

Giving this place no stars. Order didn’t arrive with no updates on Just Eat. Order was £55 in total with no comms from the place and Just Eat were busy with no way of getting the money back.Will have to cancel via card... goes without saying don’t order from this place and deleteJust Eat!Still no refund. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Never again 5.50pm ordered food through just eat, 9pm I went to restaurant 9.30 I eventually got home with my food. Only to be offered £3 off my next order by just eat. Deleted just eat app and won't be using coral sea again either

The food is very delicious, the food is delivered very fast, the service is good, I will order every week

Me and my boyfriend ordered a Chinese from here tonight on deliveroo. We waited 40 minutes but it's a Saturday so it's understandable. However, when it arrived it wasnt exactly piping hot. Edible but obviously not ideal. We then discovered the order was wrong and rang to ask if we could get the correct dish which they did send out but it took another 30 minutes. We did get free prawn crackers though which was nice but overall a bit gutted with our experience.

I placed an order through their website...after an hour and a half I phoned to find out where my delivery was and they tell me their website is not working yet! Although I had a confirmation email and PayPal paid for it!!! What a joke this restaurant is...please be careful when ordering from here!! 😡 Never again

We just had set meal for 2 takeaway, and I've got to say it was worse takeaway ever. Had takeaway before from Coral and its been 3/4 star, but this was awful. The duck spring rolls tasted cheesy. Im a bit worried what we've just eaten.

Excellent food and fast delivery. The only problem I could not order online as the online menu did not show "Kung Po Chicken", it showed Kung Po Beef twice, an obvious typo, but as I wanted Kung Po Chicken I had to do a telephone order - hopefully they will get this corrected soon.
