Staff here really rude and unhelpful. Went on a Sunday afternoon after a lovely walk with a disabled friend. Asked the woman serving for a cup holder as the cups were hot for my disabled friend, she just said they don't have them, and only have the cardboard holders which might have sufficed had she offered them, which she didn't. I had to ask to take one, and she grumpily let me take one. This is not good service. A very rude and not enjoyable event.

Really nice break with my son putting on all the calories back on. The queue was out the door but the staff were working lighting fast, what ever they getting they need a raise! My especial thanks to barista Emera for great service when they are so busy.

Brilliant service. Attentive staff. Excellent food. Great place to work remotely. Best cafe in Hayes.

The Westmorland Road branch in Bromley are fantastic. They always know what you want if your a regular and Sylvia was very helpful.

Although this coffee shop is quite close to where I live, I very rarely go there. The main reason being is that I normally go to the ones in Bromley. That's not to say that it's a bad coffee shop to go to. I just prefer the ones in town. (Sorry about the blurry image guys).

Personally i would go to Grace 40 on East Street for true Italian coffee

I go to this Costa all the time and its the best one and makes the best drinks. Cinem makes my drinks absolutely perfect every time, she is so kind, helpful, friendly and nothing is to much for her, she's an asset to Costa

Typical costa food and drinks but...... ordered a Soya latte and got a Coconut latte. Not the end of the world but when I asked for a change to my original order, they happily obliged and made me a soya hot chocolate (??)I don’t think the staffs first languages were English which is no problem at all but I think that was the route of the problem. Oh well.Tables were left uncleared from my arrival and were uncleared when I left. I was in there for an hour killing time.
