Got my order completely wrong, YET AGAIN!!!! Totally incompetent on getting orders right. Ordered a Speculoos & got waffle instead! Order on ticket was right but stuff in the bag was wrong. Manager said that he would do my order again, but I would have to pick it up myself. This is the 2nd mistake they’ve done , the 1st time I complained to just eat, & didn’t even get a refund.

It was incredibly busy when we arrived but we managed to get a table for 2. Given ripped menus by a really polite staff member who apologised for the state of them. All the staff were run off their feet but very polite and helpful.Menu states which items are vegan but doesn't say what's vegetarian (e.g. containing gelatine) and staff didn't know either (not listed under allergens), until we asked them if they could check the ingredients specifically.Drinks were brought out fairly promptly and I was pleased to see they didn't forget our tap waters alongside the milkshake.A lot later the waffle was brought to our table and it was really delicious (toffee sauce with rolos). Our other food didn't arrive for ages so we asked the waiter after 15 min or so and 5 min later it arrived.Overall a lovely cafe, very popular with teens, excellent staff members but let down a little by the menus and food delays.

Ice cream was good, service was terrible. Staff were pathetic no consistency with the preparation of deserts ordered, no two were the same. The staff on duty had the personality of a brick and should not be dealing with the public.

Said it opens at 11am on Fridays we went to the door at 11:08am and they refused us, came back for 12 noon and again they just looked at us through the window, the picture I took was at 12:10

Great ice creams and deserts. Took the boys for a treat after ten pin bowling in the Glades. They loved it. High as kites on the sugar rush 😂

Eating in is fine but delivery is terrible. First we wanted some dessert so ordered for the family and it took over 45m, when I called they said the order number was never on their system and they hadn’t made any food even though the money was taken from our account and the JustEat app said order confirmed. Wasn’t upset at the workers as that could be a JustEat fault. Then we decided to order again because it was the only dessert place open. We ordered ice cream, which came as a milkshake in a cup, hot cookie dough which was cold and came without the ice cream side we ordered, a waffle which was cold and came without the ice cream side we ordered and wait for it - a strawberry waffle that came with chicken inside and absolutely ruined the already awful dessert experience. Now waiting on two £30+ refunds. They’re incredibly lucky that we’re not vegan or anything - no clue what happened there but it’s not okay.

Very poor food quality order this evening a salted caramel cookie dough which when arrived looked horrendous and taken a bit of it and it tasted of nothing and very soggy and uncooked. Very disappointed with this order ! I know I won’t order from this place again very very disappointed with this of order .! I rang up and they said they couldn’t do anything about it . They said that’s because it took long to find a driver , I’m sorry to say but very disappointed and I’m going to add a photo so you can see how it looks and presented.

The food was really good and exactly the kind of energy boost we were looking for after shopping, however the extra scoops of ice-cream are quite small for the price and we could've used some help to understand how to order as we had never been there before.

Waffles were super yummy!! Didn't really need all the toppings, they were great just by them themselves. Interesting how much they use soft serve ice cream in their menu items despite being a gelato place. Some of the tables are a bit close. Staff were friendly and efficient. Surprised there is no table service, despite having to wait to be seated. Great place for a sugary treat. Caters to a younger crowd/market.
