Really poor. Order placed for delivery but no drivers. When the pizza did arrive absolutely cold and inedible. Dominoes have failed!

I ordered pizza from domino’s Bromley high street it took 2 hours and they didn’t deliver when I called to ask about the order first they said oh we can’t find your order after they said your order left shop 35 minutes ago, I spoke to someone called Andi which was very arrogant and unhelpful! Never order again from this store horrible service

Absolutely dreadful service from this branch, never ordering again.The first pizza that got delivered was all over the place and not in the correct form (destroyed).Spoke to the manager and she said they will redeliver and make sure this will not happen again in 15 minutes.15 minutes passed and still nothing delivered, after waiting 25 minutes I have another delivery driver at my door who was the exact same person who delivered the first time round.This time I opened it right infront of him, where he promised nothing will be wrong with this one, his excuse was that there was someone new at the branch. What do you know! This pizza was also destroyed and all over the place.I called the branch up again and the manager lanette or whatever her name was did not provide any help at all, she only apologised knowing that this has happened again, did not even offer an incentive for the convenience they had caused.I asked her for a full refund, which I am still awaiting to get.Horrible service and horrible attitude.Will not recommend to order from this branch as they do not look after you when they mess up an order especially when they mess up twice.

Terrible,The app said it was cooked after 5 mins and then just kept warm for over an hour whilst being prepared for delivery.Waited for an hour then had to phone the store to ask where it was. They said it was now out for delivery.Waited another 20 minutes for the driver to drive round with our cold pizza to make it extra cold and never got the pizza in the end.1hr 30 wasted, no pizza and still hungry.I would avoid using a delivery form here.They have just lost another customer

Hi picked up a chicken pizza yesterday. Was charged £9.99 and had only 5 small pieces or strips of chicken on it. When called back some joker says bring it back for a refund. Seriously had hell lot of olives on it but had to dig in it for chicken. Come on to support local business u have to stand by. Completely waste of time and money.

Absolutely appalling costumer service, both by the manager and the delivery driver. I'm not commenting on food, as they prepare it by default instructions, but the place itself has some awful disrespectful, arrogant people in there. Will not use ever again!!

2nd time ordering from this store. Pizza arrives in good time, with correct toppings, is lovely and hot and super tasty! ☺️ Delivery men are always friendly. Love the service and the food so will continue to use this store in future. Thank you to the team! 🙌🏽👏🏽👍🏽...I write this as I’m tucking into another slice 😋🍕

Don't know about the food quality, I tried to order over the phone I had ordered already a free pizza and had problems paying for a second and wanted to sort it out but was left on hold for a while so I hung up, the person asking me if I would like to stay on the phone didn't wait for my answer. I am sure they are ok seem to be under staffed though. I didn't bother picking up the free one either.
