Eden Park Charcoal Grill in Bromley

Rang to order a meal for meal for me to collect this evening. I was late to collect it by about 10 mins. As I arrived I greeted an employee standing outside the shop...his response was a grumpy acknowledgement. As I entered I was shouted at v loudly ' You're late' . True, but I was the one with a slightly luke warm meal- obviously my fault.... ! I then tried to pay by card and was told grumpily that payment is cash only. I said I would go and get the cash. I'm fairly certain I have paid by cash previously but perhaps not. In retrospect I suspect the person may have thought I wouldn't return so he v angrily got a card reader out and I was able to pay. He then called me either ' babe' or possibly 'baby'......not something a woman in her late 50's is likely to appreciate....or hopefully any woman in fact! We use Eden kebabs fairly regularly but I won't do so again. The meal was fine but the service really wasn't!

I received my food and overall I wouldn’t recommend it. Firstly, when I opened my half pounder with garlic sauce the mess was everywhere and do they love there salad. The heat from the “Chips” sweating in the polystyrene takeaway box made not only themselves soggy, but the bun to my burger. Humus was lovely, unfortunately for the pita bread, I couldn’t say the same... tough as old boots. The best thing about the takeaway was the ice cold beverage of 7UP.

Taste very nice. Order was perfect and done how I wanted it. Didn't have to wait to long. Staff very friendly

The second time I have ordered and they haven’t given us what we have payed for. Very poor service, tiny portions and not willing to correct their mistakes.

Was looking forward to our meal, the lamb had no taste and was cold, we asked for one with chilli and one with out, there was no chilli on any of them, we phoned up and complained and they said they would change it, which they did , then sent both withchilli on. This is the worstsKebab I have ever had and will not use them again.

Huge portion of really nice food, prices are a little steep but the quality in this case I've shadows that for me.

My chicken burger had no lettuce or mayo in, was literally an iceland frozen chicken burger in a bun - very dry. The chicken wings were ridiculously salty and my chips did not even come in the first original order. I am outraged at the service and they were not helpful at all.

Meat: 4 (quite juicy and succulent, good taste overall)Chips: 5 (you could just have these on their own for a satisfactory meal)Portions: 3 (not very generous, room for improvement: fill that room with some meat and chips)Bossman: 5 (man with moustache covers more ground than Kante in 90 minutes)Efficiency: 4 (very well with the lunch rush, even when Zak Ajiba was walking over the horizon)Ambience: 3 (TV is a nice touch, but apart from that the mirrors are soul sucking)Overall: 24/30 - 8/10. Really nice food. Everything was fresh and tasty and portion size was great. Will be using them again.
