Went in for lunch. Was told there would be a 30 minute delay on food once ordered, which would have been fine. Waiter offered to clear a booth. Started to clear it but didn't finish. Didn't offer a menu. Didn't offer us drinks. Waited around 20 minutes then gave up and left knowing that we would have a 30 minute delay on top of anything we eventually did order.Place wasn't even busy. Less than half full. Service was really poor sadly as restaurant itself looked nice.

Slow, average food and not cheap. Supposedly family friendly but not when you have hungry kids and it takes 30 minutes for food to come. Plus they didn't have kids cutlery and the bits we were given for the kids were just wasteful. I wouldn't bother eating here again.

The food was beautiful. Would have got 5 stars but the plates were dirty.

Food was excellent. Service was horrendous. I ordered tapas which was very tasty, quick to come out and good portion sizes. However the male waiter we had was downright rude. Very quiet Tuesday night, no reason to be so abrupt and impatient with a group of people that were there to celebrate. Went a far way to ruining an otherwise great meal.

Nice food and drinks, been visiting various Giraffe restaurants for years. Their front-of-house service could do with some work though, a couple of people walked past us while we patiently waited to be seated - without saying hello or informing us that someone will be along shortly to help us. Even when the waitress came to our table, she was very business like - no hello or my name is and I’ll be your waitress... just a couple of basics that weren’t said or done. But we enjoyed our meal, just a shame the service was missing a little.

Interesting and varied menu, but the place needs more staff. It look a long time to be seated, a long time for our order to be taken,a long time for the food to arrive and a long time for the bill to come. (We skipped dessert as it would have taken (you guessed it) too long.)It was definitely busy in there today, but there were plenty of empty tables as well as tables that needed clearing from the previous customers, so they just need more staff (or more efficient staff) and the place would be great.

had the worst experience at the bromley branch. as soon as we walked in, one of the waitresses approached us saying that the menu was extremely limited which is understandable but they then should have tried to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. it took about half an hour for the food to get to our table when we didn't order much and there was only one other couple in the restaurant who were already eating. there was 4 of us and all of us asked for normal drinking water, a waitress gave us a bottle of water which was sticky and had bits of food stuck on the outside, and the glasses that were given to us were all filthy and stained, we then got all of them changed and they weren't any better. the burger that i ordered was extremely soggy and the other things that i ordered tasted stale. after we had finished eating, i told another waitress what had happened with the glass and she started arguing with me and told me they were polished and clean when she should have apologised. we went to wash our hands in the bathroom and they were disgusting and smelly and they had no soap to wash our hands with, i ended up paying over £50 for all of our meals combined and it wasn't worth the money. definitley do not reccomend it.

Great place to eat. Great atmosphere. The service was amazingly friendly (could have been a little quicker, but the friendly guys made up for that).I ordered the chicken burger - it was a good burger and the sweet potato fries were great. My girlfriend ordered tapas and the prawn dish was a little overwhelming in flavour but still all very good. The puddings. Very very good. The chef even brought them to our table because the waiter was busy as he was the only guy on the floor. I thought it was a great touch on a great meal. Only real gripe was that the knife was dirty when we got to the table and the second knife I asked for was also still dirty and that is why it doesn't get a 5 star review.Specialwntiom has to go to the black guy who was waiting tables. Friendly, smart and made our experience better. Nice one mate.

Quick to be seated. Pleasant decor. Nice polite staff. Clean table and the place looked clean overall. Toilets very clean. We ordered a chilli burrito for me and salad for C. Salad was OK. Standard greenery. Burrito came with a salad that was OK. Fresh but very watery. Needed a better shakedown. The Burrito tasted OK. Nothing special but was half the size it should have been. So quite a lot of dough due to the folding and not a lot of meat etc. More of a starter to be honest. Came with some jam jars of lemonade. This was delicious but the glasses were all ice. Standard there days. Ordered top ups with no ice but again came back full.of ice with little drink in it. But of a rip off. Pudding was chocolate brownie for her. This definitely a let down for the money. Small square of Costco type brownie with small scoop.of ice cream. I had 3 scoops of ice cream. Again no bigger than marbles. And put into a freshly cleaned sundae glass that was red hot so I got served melted ice cream. Mint tea was delicious and loads in the pot. Recommend that.Overall a below average meal for £50. 50 quid for two puts this in the never return bracket. For the same money there are lots more places to hit in Bromley that you'll enjoy. Shame as with a few tweaks this would be a nice spot to grab a lunch.Second visit yesterday 22 June 2018. Waited to be seated but friendly staff so all good. Ordered fresh lemonade with a little ice but again all.ice and little lemonade. This does p**s me off lol. Food was ok. Both for salads. Bhang bang for me. Was ok. Not a lot of chicken in it. Flavours good. Place is let down by families with kids running riot or screaming /crying babies. Pick your baby up and cuddle it or go home! Selfish tomjust ignore it and let it scream the place down. Other selfish thing that needs sorting out is all the filthy, stinking smokers go outside to smoke. They are only a few feet from where people eat and the smoke billows in.So still only 2-3 stars I'm afraid.

I cannot stand being asked if I am alright by someone in a restaurant, coffee shop etc. If I was not alright then I would be at home or possibly in a hospital rather than being out for a meal. So not a great start! Waitress then cleaned the table - and by cleaned I mean a quick once over with a damp cloth leaving the area immediately in front of my son filthy and covered up with a sheet of paper. No offer of drinks while we read the menu. In the end stood up and asked waitress if she could serve us. Restaurant was very quiet so they were not rushed off their feet. Food for myself and my wife was quite pleasant. Food for my son was atrocious - admittedly the option we went for (fish fingers) did not leave the chef much room for creativity but it was mostly crispy burnt breadcrumbs with a little bit of dry fish inside. All in all not as bad as Chimy Chunga or whatever it was called which was nothing short of disgraceful, but much room for improvement particularly with regards service. Still at £35 for the three of us it was great value for money.
