Havet Restaurant in Bromley

Last came to Havet a few years ago and was disappointed by experience tonight. Felt more like a fast food joint: bright lighting, cheap wood melamine and noisy. Felt it was very overpriced, £16 for 4 chicken cubes and a small bowl of rice, menu stated it was served on bread which was a quarter of a wrap. Asked for the house gin and was given the pricier gin and charged accordingly. Will not be returning, I have no idea why it is so popular. We will return to other Turkish restaurants which comparably seem to offer better value and atmosphere.

Really extensive menu with quality meat dishes. The lamb was very juicy and the chicken thighs were seasoned very well. I asked if I could have the feta salad without any parsley, and the waitor said this was impossible as the salad is pre-prepared by the kitchen staff. I thought that this was a bit odd as it is quite normal for people to have allergy requirements. I ordered the seasonal salad instead.

Excellent restaurant food was great service was excellent. You will need to book a table as it was full when I was here on a Saturday evening. Best of all the meal was paid for me.

Great food and atmosphere. The grill faces the diners behind a glass wall so you can see everything being prepared. They were surpringly busy on a Tuesday night with several large parties including plenty with children. Highly recommend the vegetable kebab. The kids menu was liked by our kids. Portions are generous!

When in Bromley, This place is not to be missed! Food,Drinks, cocktails, ambience is second to none!Friendly atmosphere and service always makes you return.The food is freshly prepared and always comes to the table hot, the atmosphere is Great especially the Cocktails.What I like about the Bromley Location is the Manager is always welcoming , interacting with his guests always no matter if your on your own or have booked a large party Everyone is made to feel special and that’s why I always return.

Love coming here when for catch up lunch/dinner with friends, food is lovely!Busy all the time and staff friendly.Cocktails are a hit in this place!x

Good food, monk fish must try. Turkish ice-cream and tea also nice.

Amazing as always, the staff is so super kind. It was my daughters 8th birthday and they treated her and her friends so kindly! Lovely evening, thanks to their team (and delicious food)!

Nice place with lots to chose from on the menu. Starters were decent but unfortunately the chicken and lamb shish were a little bit overcooked, dry, and under seasoned hence the reason I'm giving it a 4 star. I've been twice in 3 years and it was the same on both occasions. Otherwise everything else was good including the service.

Always wanted to come to this restaurant heard good things, glad that I came food was excellent had calamari to start and vegetable moussaka for main. My daughter had the prawns for her main which was lovely. Staff were very friendly and polite, service was quick will definitely comeback.
