Hello Burger in Bromley

Delivery experience is disaster. Takes forever to get order. Much longer than stated. If you can not make it on time you have few solutions. Don't do delivery or communicate better with customers when busy so we know it will take forever.Not answering phone calls doesn't help as well.Poor customer service

Me and my friend visited this evening to try something new, safe to say we willDeffo be coming back, the service was amazing , very friendly and chilled vibe, food was delicious and very reasonably priced 🍔 Thankyou for having us ❤️✌️

Our 2nd visit as on the 1st visit our food was cold and the bun soggy and the burger oily. We live close by so wanted to try it again as we were reassured there was a new chef and manager but the burger was soggy again and we paid nearly £5 for what seemed like Iceland’s curly fries.It is very overpriced for poor quality food so it seems the owner is the problem not the staff?

We had a trip to Hello Burger in HayesI really liked the fact they bought us over a jug of water with sliced cucumber 🥒 so refreshing!We had the Hello Burger & Mexican Hot Hot. With Parmesan & Rosemary fries, skin on fries and onion rings.I would have preferred if the burgers were cooked a little less, so they could be super juicy!The buffalo wings could be a bit "buffer" I like my wings FAT 😁The parmesan fries were great, wasn't just a sprinkle on top, it was all the way down. Love that! ❤I like the decor and ambiance in here, the music was good and made the experience even more enjoyable.Staff were lovely and attentive, would definitely come again.

Messed up an order. Ok, happens. I re-ordered, it's been 90 minutes. Phone goes to voicemail. No delivery in sight. Shame, their burgers are really good. Will not order again.

It was our first time at Hello Burger and it was divine! We ordered the costello and notorious fig. Patties were juicy, all the sauces were on point. Really was a great experience. Can't wait to try more of their menu.

Went today (Thursday afternoon) just after opening, place was a bit quite. Burger was really good, brioche bun held its shape, patty was juicy and flavorful, coleslaw creamy but could have a little bit more acidity for my taste. Brownie was gooey and melting in the middle, ice cream could have been better quality. Staff was prompt, smiley and welcoming. Overall very enjoyable experience, will visit again.

Best vegan burger to get to takeaway. Fries are usually a bit too oily though. Quite expensive for what you get, but I'll take it since it's the only place to get a vegan burger really! Delivery is usually a bit late though

Everything is great about this place - delicious food (truly one of the bests burgers we’ve ever tried), perfect cocktail menu, cozy settings and absolutely amazing service. Many thanks to Sam (very sorry if I got the name wrong) and to the whole team to make us feel so welcome after those tiresome months of lockdown. We are already planning our next visit to Hello Burger 🍔 🍹

My partner and I decided to order from Hello Burger as a weekend treat. I called the restaurant in advance to ask if the chips were cooked with any meat or fish as I have severe meat/fish/eggs/dairy allergies and a lovely gentleman informed me that they're cooked on their own making them veggie/vegan friendly! I ordered the Vegan Big Kahuna with Chunky Chips and my partner ordered the Hickory Chicken Burger with Parmesan and Rosemary Fries. We both agreed that the burgers and fries were delicious! The vegan patty was incredible and at first I thought it was real meat it was that realistic but luckily, it wasn't! My partner thoroughly enjoyed his meat feast! Thank you for providing such a brilliant restaurant/takeout experience during this pandemic. It was lovely to have a little bit of normality from the comfort of our own home. We will be back! <3
