In 2 Papadam in Bromley

Ordered a takeaway for guests on a Saturday at 7.10pm and after many phone calls meal arrived at 9.30pm. Food was warm not hot and one of the dishes was missing. I wrote a letter to In2papadam in allow them to make amends but it has been ignored. I will never order from them again. We were all very disappointed.

The food is delivered within the time specified & the delivery staff are polite. The food is freshly prepared & delicious

Great curry. This place has some lower reviews because of delivery issues during lockdown. We ate in and all the dishes were flavourful and varies. It’s good value and the atmosphere was good.

Don't order for delivery!!! ordered at 7pm, still sitting here at 9pm with no delivery. I am 1 mile from the restaurant. Called at 8.30pm to be told it would be here in 5 mins. still waiting 30 mins later. Shambles.

Absolutely shocking response from manager owner of this restaurant . We received a delivery again poppadoms and chutney trays missing - we called and they advised they will send out . One hour later no poppadoms , we called back and was accused by the owner of lying about receiving the poppadoms !!His response was leave another review we have enough bad reviews !!

Excellent, we had only vegetarian dishes of which there were plenty of options and all were delicious. Would highly recommend In2.

It took ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES for our food to arrive. 30 minutes later than the estimated arrival time. We called and they said they left it will be there shortly. Called 20 minutes later and said they left 10 minutes ago and it would a couple of minutes. I don't mind if it is a busy night and you need more time, but just be honest and say. I don't need to be lied to when I am already hungry.

I'm quite a connoisseur of Indian food, and I have to say this is the best I've tasted in the Bromley area.Every dish is delicious, great portion sizes (as lots of good Indian restaurants have reduced them lately) and attentive service when eating in. They also do a very good takeaway deal too. Can't recommend In2 Papadam enough!

So, I have ordered here before and it has always been average, but well priced. This evening I ordered directly from the website and it took two and a half hours to arrive. Having called them twice both times they said “ten minutes” and it was another 30 each time. Then to top it off, wrong order. No apology, no refund, nothing. Don’t waste your money.

Do not orde as a takeaway! Is the second time that we do it, and both time we waited 1.5hrs. Everytime that we call to the restaurant the staff were saying that our food would arrived in 15 mins and it didnt until we said we want a refund. The person on the phone was rude.
