McDonald's in Bromley

all mcdonalds have the self ordering technology which takes too long . after you place your order you wait on average 10 mins. you see the delivery uber drivers prioritized which is unfair . I workef for McD in the past was definitely qui ker and slicker. :(

A bit small, especially for the area, despite having some upstairs seating as well. Gets very busy on a Saturday. Get in before noon to avoid the rush.

Such a long wait for food here. Ordered 1 happy meal for the little one and it took 15 minutes from ordering to receiving. Jam packed with delivery drivers. Think that's what has ended the term fast food for McDonald's as its the same in every branch I've visited.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Franchise district managers, take notice. Incompetently slothful and grumpy staff. Poor quality food. 15-20 minute wait times. No triage. Shut 'er down and start over.

Shut down your branch!! PleaseThere is nothing fast about fast food at this branch!Slowest staff ever, they literally stare at the order for minutes before packing it on slow motion as if we all live forever.Only order/ pickup food if you have a few hours to spare.

Visited Bromley McDonalds today 23/2/2022. We had an eatin meal. All the chips and vegan burgers were cold. Did not enjoy our meal. Highly disappointed. 👎🏽

Did not pack my full order. I'm not walking in this cold weather with my 7 year old back and no body is answering the phone. Poorly managed!Forced to walk back. Idiots behind the counter have no clue! I keep asking for the manger but the coward keeps hiding and send a clueless girl that keep telling he's coming and in the same breath asks me if I want the manager?!

Great service with a smile despite being very busy. When I arrived a lady customer in front of me with 6 inch eye lashes was tapping the touch screen so I went to the counter and ordered from a lovely friendly assistant who checked on her screen how busy it was upstairs and reassured me there were plenty of seats. I waited for my order and went upstairs past the eye lashes still tapping away. There was plenty of seats as promised so I had a relaxing meal. Great.

Every single time I order from just eat the food is not put together presentable, more effortless and thrown together, there’s always a drink or some form of the meal missing... oh and they take over an hour and a half to get a driver assigned of course there’s rush hours but if they’re struggling should just eat be an option?

The fries were cold, the drink had ice when I chose no ice and the burger looked like it was just thrown together. If I could rate this place zero stars I would have but the cleaning staff were nice. I'd recommend the McDonald's in the shopping centre, it's not to far and definitely better service.UPDATE: 2 months later (Dec 21') and the service is still terrible, they are not busy and we were made to wait 15 mins for fries in a practically empty store. Meanwhile, employees who hand you your food are also shaking hands with delivery drivers and not washing or sanitising their hands, keep in mind that those same drivers are in contact with countless people everyday. Definitely a covid risk. I would definitely not recommend this place, especially if you are high risk.
