Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bromley

25 minutes and no sign of food. People who came in after us have been served, but when asked at counter - 5 orders in front of ours. ShamblesSo grandkids wanted McDonald's after swimming. When it arrived, stone cold. Kids ate theirs I returned mine. No replacement offered. Just acknowledgment that their food was cold. Needs shutting down.

Waited for ages for breakfast. When I eventually got it my food was very greasy looking and my tea was pretty much cold. The staff just stood around chatting with eachother. Other customers growing more and more frustrated along with myself. Not great service and poor quality of food.

Service: I used the app for table service. Didn't have to wait long and the staff member was friendly.Food: I ordered the new festive burger meal. It was disappointing! The two beef patties were extremely dry (losing a star for that). The burger would have been so much better with iceberg lettuce too! The apple pie and fries were hot.Seating area: It was pretty busy with most tables occupied. More attention needed to cleaning the tables after use.

I went there because I was 20 minutes early for an appointment. It took 10 minutes after ordering for me to get my food. I thought it was supposed to be fast food. No apology no nothing I didn't even have time to eat a little of my food before my appointment, I had to rush back. So slow. And to top it of they gave me a carrot sticks bag instead of a melon bag. By time I'd fully discovered this I was half the way home. I've just had such poor experiences with Mcdonalds in general lately. It's just not the same experience anymore and that's a shame

One of the better McDonalds branches. Staff are very friendly and service is fast. Food is brought to the table if you want to eat in. There are no toilets in the restaurant but there are toilets just a 1 minute walk away in the shopping centre.

I haven't been down to McDonald's for a while since the lockdown was lifted.At first the rules to get the food was slightly confusing because of the changes they had to make for it to be covid secure. But after a while, it all made sense.Because of these new measures though, the service has improved and the staff are a lot friendlier.than what they used to be.

I had a small burger & fries with a cold drink. Fries were nice & hot, drink nice & cold, burger was tepid at best. Went to throw rubbish away & member of staff was covering the recycling bin & in front of the normal waste bin. Not too much to ask for her to be aware of her surroundings is it?!!

Very quick interms of ordering the food and getting the order, plenty of spaces available to sit and eat, location is good as it inside the glades so it's easy to then look around the shops after. Queues can be long and in general are very quick . Staff always friendly and approachable . Tried the new chicken burger on the menu it's was tasty and fries fresh and hot.
