McDonalds in Bromley

Really awful delivery both in and out. Every order is missing something, food is often cold or cancelled. Won't eat here again.

Convenient location. Staff are polite and really busy. Downside: they need extra security staff, as there are groups of young teenage boys and girls, that stays in the restaurant, they are rowdy, noisy, rough playing and vaping inside the restaurant. Other customers gets intimidated and disturbed.

Went in at 9am to order some food and sit down to do some work on my laptop. Unfortunately they close of the seats upstairs at this time and so only have very limited numbers so no seat was available for me to do my work. So I Unfortunately had to leave as being able to work and eat was the reason I chose to go to macdonalds

Waiting time is around 10min for 2 burgerLast time I was waiting almost 25min last time for 1 burger and chicken nuggets really joke…..Service is poor, quality of the food as wellMcDonald is more focus about take away…..looks like

all mcdonalds have the self ordering technology which takes too long . after you place your order you wait on average 10 mins. you see the delivery uber drivers prioritized which is unfair . I workef for McD in the past was definitely qui ker and slicker. :(

A bit small, especially for the area, despite having some upstairs seating as well. Gets very busy on a Saturday. Get in before noon to avoid the rush.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Franchise district managers, take notice. Incompetently slothful and grumpy staff. Poor quality food. 15-20 minute wait times. No triage.Shut 'er down and start over.

Such a long wait for food here. Ordered 1 happy meal for the little one and it took 15 minutes from ordering to receiving. Jam packed with delivery drivers. Think that's what has ended the term fast food for McDonald's as its the same in every branch I've visited.

Shut down your branch!! PleaseThere is nothing fast about fast food at this branch!Slowest staff ever, they literally stare at the order for minutes before packing it on slow motion as if we all live forever.Only order/ pickup food if you have a few hours to spare.

Great service with a smile despite being very busy. When I arrived a lady customer in front of me with 6 inch eye lashes was tapping the touch screen so I went to the counter and ordered from a lovely friendly assistant who checked on her screen how busy it was upstairs and reassured me there were plenty of seats. I waited for my order and went upstairs past the eye lashes still tapping away. There was plenty of seats as promised so I had a relaxing meal. Great.
