Great place with fab food. The staff were very friendly & the service was fast. Staff were also very helpfull. Really very tasty food & the portions were huge. We were allowed to takeaway any food leftover. A great place to go to for a family meal. On the high street & close by to convienent parking. A good experience allround 👍😁💥

Would not visit again. The crispy squid was rubbery and when I asked to change it, the male waiter was very reluctant, questioned whether I’ve had calamari before and if this would be the last thing I asked to change (it was THE ONLY request). The baby high chair was filthy, so my cousin had to sit her baby on her lap until her son fell asleep and could go back in the buggy. The gyozas were horrible. The dumpling pastry was thick and soggy. The restaurant was cold and I will definitely be avoiding that place. One of the female members of staff was actually nice and she was the only good part of the event.

Food was absolutely delicious and prepared fast. Portions are large too, wish they had a branch near me. Aloe Vera water was lovely too

We went on a Monday evening and it was pretty quiet in the restaurant so we had very attentive waiters. Food came out quickly and the portion sizes are very big for the price. Would definitely recommend for a date night, or food with friends.

Food is good, loads of it and tasty! But service is shocking…..you feel rushed and looked at all the time. 4-5 times we were asked if we wanted to order, then kept asking if we were finished but two of us were still eating. Two of the workers would stand at the back and watch up making us feel like we were taking to long. We were a big group but the place was empty so not like we were taking up room. Real shame as the food was nice but I didn’t like feeling like I needed to rush.

Had a meal with 2 friends. Didn't need to book although it was busy a table was available. Anyone who has been to Miso will know it relies on a fast turn around. No one stays very long. The restaurant is quite basic and bland especially to the rear where staff are constantly on the move preparing take away orders and taking food to the tables. The front of the restaurant where the bar is situated looks a little better and there are larger tables for groups. The food is fine and reasonably priced. I guess it's cheap and cheerful. Staff are friendly and attentive.

I come here on a regular basis with super friendly staff greeting me when i walk through the door and introducing me to the menu. Always unique food here with big portions. The restaurant always set a very high standard for its food and ensures the same quality for every meal. Highly recommend!!! 👍

Every single time I’ve been there all they do is pester our table every 5 minutes trying to take our food away and rush us. I understand this because they want people in and out but I go after work on weekdays with colleagues and they try rush us even if the place is *completely empty*It’s just not a nice experience. Which is a shame because the food there is nice.

Nice warm welcome. Ordered food and waited half an hour. Enquired as to what was going on with the food and told the kitchen had lost our order. But don't worry have just spoken to them and they will let you jump the queue!!! Even though we had been waiting half an hour how are we jumping the queue? This was my question to the server. She apologised and said to me I will get you free drinks on the house. Did the drinks arrive? Er No. So I asked if they could be taken off our bill as we consumed four cokes with the food. No we cannot do that. But you said you would give us a round of drinks free of charge. Er no my manager said I cannot do that, so why did you not tell us that after you said we could? Chaotically run restaurant. Food was ok. Miso in Bromley is 100 times better than this place. Do yourself a favour and go to Bromley Miso instead about a mile and half difference up the road.

A big but greasy portion that was devoid of flavour. Sadly this is all too often a case when Chinese prepare other asian foods. Japanese yaki udon was nothing like any I had tried before. There were no condiments whatsoever on the table - or any tables. I at least expected the Japanese chilli flake dispenser. They only had the Chinese chilli flakes in oil which although gave the food some taste added to its already slimey and greasy quality. This meal was more worthy of £4.50 at a 3rd rate street food stand than £11.95. See the greasy aftermath ! Way too much oil used !
