Modern China in Bromley

We use this place all the time and won’t go anywhere else now. We’ve used them about 15 times now and never had anything but great service and consistent quality. The one time they missed something from our order they credited us for the next one (was only a spring roll). They’re quick and efficient too which is always a plus.

£30 down the drain . It was bland and tasteless . Meat dishes were rather hard and seemed old like leftovers. Last time for me .Have even had better off the shelf in tesco. Hate to complain , hopefully they get it sorted before you decide to order

Loved this Chinese but omg the last time I ordered I couldn’t believe they let me down as I’m a regular costumer. The special fried rice was off all slimy smelt soon as you opened the lid. Do not eat from here disappointing how can you do that to your customers just to make a little money not fair. I will never eat from there again! They knew they done wrong as she didn’t ask me no questions and bought my money straight back.

Just moved into this area and saw this take away has excellent reviews. I tried it and went back again. Very impressed with the quality of the food and although they were busy taking orders and cooking, I only waited 15 mins from when I ordered to when I got the food. Very clean as well.

We have ordered a few times now and have always been told 30 minute for delivery yet we have never waited any longer then 20 minutes! From all the Chinese take away shops we have eaten from in the beckenham-Bromley area this by far is the most best. The food always comes fresh, hot and definitely tasty throughout even down to the vegetables! A few of our favourite dishes are the salt and chilly prawns, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, chicken chow mein and the chicken and black bean sauce is a proper authentic tasting dish.Definitely go and visit if you are around the area as you are missing out on some real good food! Big up the chef and delivery man :)

We have been using Modern China for years. Food is consistently good, well priced, delivered hot and within the time given. Delivery drivers are polite and efficient. Highly recommended.
