Nando's - Beckenham in Bromley

I had ordered food at 6:44 and at the time if writing (9:30) the food has not arrived. I have had multiple drivers assigned, driven to and then left due to the long waiting times. I have had 2 separate conversations with customer support which amounted to nothing more than cancelling (therefore getting no food) or just waiting longer, this is an absolute joke considering it'll be atleast 3 hours to get the food. Would not recommend to order.

Very poor at busy times.25 minute wait time, no sauce available at all all empty. Cold rice and burnt halumi cheese aswel as a laughable amount of chips. This is the second nandos we’ve had this week that has been poor

DO NOT ORDER FOOD TO YOUR HOUSE HERE!Here is my terrible experience:-Order never arrived. Reached 2+ hours of waiting just for food to be ready (so 100% Nando’s fault)-Called the restaurant’s number, staff answering were rude and hung up abruptly-Staff ended up handing food to a random driver that I couldn’t get in contact with after. Food got lost on the way because of this.Overall they’re slow to make the food, and don’t care about attending to the problems with your orders.

I recently ordered a takeaway from here, and I can say it was one of the nicer of my nandos meals I've had recently. The chicken and chips were well cooked and arrived hot ! As a bonus, I called to get some sauces added to my order, which was kindly done for me, but I also received a free bottle of nandos sauce from them, which was a nice little surprise, and massively appreciated!!!

DO NOT ORDER VIA DELIVEROO - the food was very late, cold, sweet potato wedges undercooked and chicken burger soggy and squished. Never ordering a takeaway from here ever again! The restaurant is too busy to accept Deliveroo aswell as walkins and not set up to deliver food warm and in a timely manner. Should not attempt to be a takeaway when you can't deliver the goods.

(My son age 9 says) Very good quality food and friendly staff would highly recommend it. I happily echo all my sons comments, great food friendly and lovely staff 👍

Food lovely. Staff took a while to actually acknowledge myself and my 75 year old nan, stood waiting by the door for over 5 mins.The toilets. Disgusting. Urine all over the seat and floor. Toilet paper not in the toilet but soaking up the urine on the floor. Plus the toilet paper dispenser in one of the toilets clearly wasn't fit for purpose, I couldn't get the paper out!

Really nice well cooked food,very varied,your choices,Waiting staff,very friendly,not intrusive,but there if you need them. A really pleasant atmosphere and experience.👍💯

Disappointed! By far the worst Nando's I've ever been to.Firstly the toilets are disgusting, and only 1 male cubicle which is unisex, whilst the main men's toilet has Consumables inside and out of order.Waited over 30mins for starters when new tables received their order.The 3 floor staff looked at us and didn't question why we had no food on the table, and they moped around miserable.. a clear sign of poor management/leadership and team morale.I eventually spoke to the manager at the till and He mentioned my ticket was not on the system?He was very quick to adjust the order - But I don't need desserts or more food when my order is late as I'm hungry.I had asked for a refund and had left, I would of appreciated a voucher as well as a refund for my poor visit. - I would not of posted a review if I was better treated as a guest with no food waiting..I'm not going to boycott Nandos as there are many great ones, but for me to leave a review this is the worst experience as a guest in any restaurant I've ever been to.I highly recommend to anyone else going to Purley or colonnades.I think everyone in this place needs training again..

Actually left a little bit sad. My partner asked about the burger having bbq sauce in it (they now put Peri Ketchup in every burger without asking as of a month ago) and three staff made my partner feel embarrassed, acting as if it had always been in the burger (first time back since lockdown). New recipe ruins their burgers, it now taste sweet and you can't taste the peri peri sauce or mayo. 👎🏼 Bad franchise and the charred broccoli was soggy with luke warm burgers.Only one lovely waitress in there was any help.
