Nando's - Bromley in Bromley

Food cooked to a very poor standard.My Livers were so dry I couldn't eat them.And when I told the manager she went and was talking about me to the people behind the counter.When she come back I told her I can read lips and I saw everything she said about me.Needless to say, she was very embarrassed.I then went on to tell her I'm a google viewer and I will be complaining to head office.

Terrible. I walked out. First they didn't have garlic bread when ordering. Then I asked for a straw they didn't have any. The final straw (pardon the pun) was when the food came and they didn't have any mayonnaise. I asked for my money back and left for another nearby Nandos

Staff friendly, however not the best of Nandos, had to ask for my "starters" first as our main course arrived at the table, which was a little longer wait, and what chicken we did have was overcooked and dry, with the main a tepid warnth, maybe due to being stuck under the heat lamp for over 15 minutes. Sadly wasn't asked as usual how our meal was either, so could only convey at the end of the meal. This was responded with oh sorry, enjoy the rest of your evening. We weren't the only diners not happy with everything either. Some tweaking with timings, staff engagement, and this would result in betterbfood and experience.

Came into widmire road branch this afternoon and it was busy as hell was told the wait for food around 25 minutes we still ate the food came in about the time quoted food us on point amd fresh and tastyTherr must have been around 10 to 12 staff working a working hard and proffesiinal in particular the girl with the green amd blonde hair real grafterThankyou for a great experience we will be back!

Heater way too hot, was in t shirt and still felt warm. Staff encouraged us to order by QR code which was fine but didn't bring glasses until food arrived which wouldn't have happened if it was counter service. Otherwise food was good, the usual.

Jenny made sure we were greeted with a friendly smile and manner, talking to us whilst she found somewhere for us to sit. One of the other ladies told her there was enough space at the back for us at the back so we didn’t have to wait at all. Jenny made us feel welcome and we felt as if we could approach her at any point during our visit. She even noticed when one of us was still waiting for our food and without being asked went to find it. Kayleigh was also brilliant and friendly. She came over enough times but not too much to check we were okay and didn’t need anything. If we did she helped us quickly and always smiled as she walked past. I also noticed she was taking a lady with a baby in a buggy to the back and even made sure the lady knew she was going to help her with the buggy on the stairs. I noticed that all of the team working today looked like they enjoy their job and interacting with customers as they were all happy throughout the visit and every customer was thanked before they left. Brilliant team working tonight. Asset to the company. There needs to be more teams like this one in restaurants with great customer service skills.

Made an online order but needed to explain my cravings as I’m pregnant. Spoke to Emily and she gave me a lovely friendly service, extremely polite and literally fulfilled my request. I wished all Nandos staff had the same work ethic as Emily.

Not the best Nandos I have had as the portions were small especially the chicken.The door host wasn't the smartest cookie and made a mess of arranging tables and seating customers causing unnecessary holdups.The restaurant itself is pleasant and was clean also had a bit of a quirky layout.

Decent service, although I never eat in this one. Feels over crowded. Never had a bad meal here.

Fantastic so tasty as per usual. & The short trim black guy with short dreads helped me immensely I cannot eat my dinner withOUT malt-vinegar & he poured some in a pot for me Sooooo very nice if him. Staff were very friendly & a billion times better than Woolwich nandos.
