Amazing 👏 staff. I was made to wait & forgotten. One of the servers approached me at the counter, checking if I was ok 👍 & paid. As I had paid, he offered me a complimentary desert. I was amazed with his kind gesture. When I went yo collect my order, young man was warm friendly ensuring my order was correct. I hadn't been to Nando dye to bad customer care 😕 Today these amazing staff has restored my trust & wanting to hold back. Thank you 😊

Bad customer service. Had to wait for more than 40 mons for basic order that we generally get within 10 to 15 mins at Nandos. Eveyone seems to be doing everything causing lots of confusion.

Nicer than the last time I dined here. The QR code system makes ordering easier and service faster. The food taste good, I shall be returning for another serving

Was a total of 8 people in the restaurant, my double fillet was sitting under a hot lamp for ten minutes before making its way over to me, both our meals were stone cold, I sent mine back an was cooked fresh an hot within 5 mins, an my Mrs had to wait a further ten minutes after mine had been re done for her halloumi fries to arrive. The whole time we were there it was an absolute joke. Counted more staff then customers but my meal had to go cold before serving..

Very fast service. As is normal in any Nandos, the chicken was good and we enjoyed the seasonal marinade. Sides were also great and the self service drinks machine was tidy, with all sauces available. Cheers

Ordered £72 worth of food and about £15 of food was sent and it was freezing cold and sloppily presented. I called to explain and they never apologised or was even remotely nice to me. He said he was the manager but I doubt they hire managers like that he ended the call on me because I was angry (AS YOU WOULD BE) they never sent our food. this was ALOT of money and now all wasted they never sent 3 meals... how do you miss this? and then not even apologise and end the call because I was angry?

Chips and kimoa salad was amazingly delicious. Burgers extremely small (size like my palm) and inside is empty, you must order wth extra cheese, pineapple or what you prefer. If I go again never gonna order burger again. Wrap was so tiny as well but my friend like it. 2 of us ordered burger and either of us didnt like it. If you are hungary dont prefer burgers.

Great tasting food, went here with my girlfriend for our year anniversary after going to the cinema. We loved it. Great Service, great atmosphere, suitable subtle music which really compliments the food. I would definitely visit here again and again and again. Amazing!

First thing I noticed with this place was the sticky tables and sticky child seats.Food was below standard of a place which charges half what Nandos does, my burger came with doggy looking lettuce and a doggy looking chicken breast, no idea how anyone would serve that kind of thing as a chicken breast, even the staff there laughed when I showed them the thing in the burger.The garlic bread was partially burnt and shows the rush put into cooking the food.The staff fortunately replaced my meal which is the only reason I haven't given one star.
