Nando's in Bromley

Visited many a Nandos and this one is by far the best!! Consistently great!! Service, food 10/10.

We all know the food is good, but service was very welcoming. The app to order table service was great, didn't need to sign up thanks to my Google account. Will be back soon

The food is good and the service is quick. The lighting and space is best in the front section of the restaurant. The kid's menu especially is good value. Ordering all on the app or through the qr code on the table- can be convenient but you have to sign up and can't just guest check out.

Normally nandos is good value, good food and a short wait time. Today we ordered 2 pita meals and waited over 45 minutes for our food (without any warning). Only to be presented with dry chicken, re fried chips and empty stomachs. This was disgraceful service and has ruined an entire lunch break.

Went with a mate. Our table was tiny. Table available across from us which was very spacious so the staff allowed us to move. Food was nice as always. Staff were friendly.

Wonderful managers - my mum is coeliac and they were super nice and attentive and really caring. Great food too. Top Nando's!

Visited this Nando's a lot when I was younger , it's now refurbished and very modern. The new layout makes the restaurant quite spacious.We ordered our usual - butterfly chicken and half chicken with sides and the service was a little slow, however, the portion sizes were very generous for a Nandos. Don't think I've been served a bigger chicken!Would visit again when in Bromley.

Food cooked to a very poor standard.My Livers were so dry I couldn't eat them.And when I told the manager she went and was talking about me to the people behind the counter.When she come back I told her I can read lips and I saw everything she said about me.Needless to say, she was very embarrassed.I then went on to tell her I'm a google viewer and I will be complaining to head office.

Staff friendly, however not the best of Nandos, had to ask for my "starters" first as our main course arrived at the table, which was a little longer wait, and what chicken we did have was overcooked and dry, with the main a tepid warnth, maybe due to being stuck under the heat lamp for over 15 minutes. Sadly wasn't asked as usual how our meal was either, so could only convey at the end of the meal. This was responded with oh sorry, enjoy the rest of your evening. We weren't the only diners not happy with everything either. Some tweaking with timings, staff engagement, and this would result in betterbfood and experience.

Heater way too hot, was in t shirt and still felt warm. Staff encouraged us to order by QR code which was fine but didn't bring glasses until food arrived which wouldn't have happened if it was counter service. Otherwise food was good, the usual.
