Napoli Pizza in Bromley

Absolutely awful food. Everything looked brown and greasy - only managed to eat about a third despite being very hungry. Hint: You know it’s not an authentic ‘Wood Fired Oven’ pizza place (as they claim) when the menu includes Potato wedges and Chicken Nuggets. Calzone was flat with cheap ingredients. They should not be allowed to trade as Italian cuisine - it’s an insult. Avoid.

Food was cold. Order was wrong. Pizza and everything else tasted disgusting waited an hour and a half for food. And by the time it got here the store was closed so I couldn't even changed the order they got wrong. Spent over £25 and recived something not even worth my money. Will not recommend ordering from here. On the bright side the delivery driver was lovely.

Food was 20 minutes late, cold, and missing ingredients. When this was pointed out, staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful. Second time this has happened, so no accident. Only reason this isn't a 1 star review is the food was tasty, when it eventually showed and despite being wrong

bad luck today having an Italian customer like me.... I must say I am really disappointed, this pizza has nothing to do with a proper Italian pizza.... it is really the same as Domino's. Not good mozzarella, too much oil....I would't recommend it

Sorry, but absolutely disgusting. How hard is it to make a half-decent dough and buy good quality ingredients in bulk..?The meats aren’t even worthy for dog food!

Not worthy of 1 star food was 2 hours after expected delivery time and had clearly been microwave reheated. It was literally inedible wouldn't recommend to anyone

Wifey and I have ordered a beautiful roasted vegetariana pizza 10" last time with some meat lasagna. Tonight another one but 15" I gotta give them credit because the food was tasty and they were quick (30 mins top)The pizza dough was made fresh not like the other places, vegs too and my tummy doesn't feel weird the next morning.Keep it up guys.

I loved my Free Choice 13" its a proper Italian pizza - foldable and not overloaded with toppings,delicious. Strawberry cheesecake was good too.

Ordered a meet lasagne from here and got terrible food poisoning. When i went in to collect my food, one of the workers behind the counter was lifting up his shirt taking pictures of himself. Very unproffessional and really unclean.

Meat is Halal so if you want humane food don't order hereThese pizzas are really good but after seeing a new menu with my last delivery that states the meat they use is Halal meat i.e. the animal is not stunned before their throats are slit. This is inhumane and slaughtering animals so they suffer pain and fear and die in agony is just not acceptable. For that reason I will not order again and I'd advise anyone who is against animal cruelty to do the same.
