Naz Balti in Bromley

Naz Balti have never let me down on taste and good value for money. They are about the only takeaway that don't set a £15 order price! This is perfect for ordering just for one person as £15 is a lot of money + delivery charge. Carry on the good work Naz Balti and look after your customers in this day and age and watching our pennies. The delivery guy is so nice and as well 👏👏

Excellent food ,friendly service

Had a delivery was a bit late but considering Friday it was busy food was hot and tasted lovely especially the chicken tikka massala

AwfulPlaced an order via Just Eat at 7pm and we hadn't recieved the order by 9pm so when we called them up to ask what had happened we were told we'd have to wait a further 20 minutes.Unacceptable.When we asked if they could cancel so we could get a refund they said no and told us to wait.Won't be using them again

It not bad but it's not good , so I would say the food is ok! One thing I must say is that you get very big portions but I can't believe that rice are frys are included with the currys 🙄

Amazing food. Ordering not great, you have to repeat your address at least 3 times, then they phone you later to confirm it. Don't like that the delivery driver (Rick Wakeman) rings your doorbell but then has to stare through your living room window. Apart from that the food is always amazing and fresh......second to none for Indian take away.

To warn others-Just had an Indian takeaway from Naz balti on Orpington high street. After waiting almost an hour (delivery address was 3 miles away!)The food finally arrived stone cold and was disgusting!I called the restaurant back to complain and was told that the driver had done many deliveries I requested a refund due to the poor quality.The “manger”got on the phone and very abusive saying they don’t do refunds. I had tasted the food so I should pay for it!! I’d have to taste it to see that it was shocking!!!When I explained my customer rights the manager said I would have to return the food to get the refund. I agreed to drop the food back to receive more abuse and outright refusal of a refund.Finally after 10 mins of waiting and requesting a refund I finally got my money back.Manager threatened to call the police as I was requesting a refund!DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!

Been having Naz Balti for 10 years and never had a bad meal. Its better than most of the local 'sit in' restaurants too.
