O'Neill's in Bromley

The time we went it was empty, service was great as well as food. Played pool. Great location

Been here a couple of times because I’m new In the area! Love the interior, it’s so spacious and well kept! Bar staff were top notch, so patient when I had no idea what I wanted to order! Top pint, really good quality! The manager, young lady, was very welcoming and made sure to learn more about me and my better half. Will probably make this my local, especially on a weekend! Great stuff.

You'll get a good pint of Guinness here, no chance of it being rushed, you can even finish a full meal by the time they get it to you. Ringside seats for the fighting after the locals have had a few too many. The interior looks good, and they serve all the right drinks as best they can. Paddy's night was fun but would have been improved with Irish music in the background all night instead of just the occasional jig in the distant background.

What a complete disappointment! Apart from the lovely lady behind the bar . The menu descriptions for the food was misleading which is poor for allergies. Food burnt to a crisp and I love my food well done. Wrong orders and in edible food. Replacement wasn't even offered for over half hour after everyone else had finished. We got refunded for one meal but nothing at all for the that couldnt have been eaten. Not even a good will gesture. Infact what was given was a moody manager and attitude even though I was apologetic for sending stuff back. Now I can see why it was like a morgue I n there. Appalling and definitely will not return.

Big fan of oneils normally but this one feels like it needs reorganizing. So much more could be done with this pub and they 'd probably do well by upping the age limit which would help them with their under age drinking and fighting issues.

We would just like to say thank you to O’Neills for their amazing team that helped our daughter in a medical emergency recently. Shanise and Ben went above and beyond and we are indebted to them for calling us and supporting us every way possible through a frightening experience from the minute we arrived to when we left with the ambulance. Thank you for taking care of our daughter until we could get there especially during what looked like a busy night. You even called us the next day to check our daughter was ok so honestly I could not recommend a better bar you are every parents dream. Having pubs like yours that really care for there customers is priceless.

One of my regular venues, came again recently - Ellen, Jen, Matt and 'Merlin' (not sure if that's his real name haha!) were great behind the bar - Ellen especially really quick friendly service, honestly such a great night out!

Huge O'Neils spread over 2 levels. Plenty of seating and a couple of pool tables and big screens for the sport.Not been here when it's been really busy but staff have always been polite and on top of things.

Decent food,decent price but service not great. One girl serving at bar and bringing food out, another on the phone constantly to a supplier. Not good at lunchtime when we need to get back to work.
