Oriental Garden in Bromley

Ordered via their app partner. Waited over an hour for food to arrive after payment was taken. Called restaurant to check on status of order only to be told that app has not been processing orders for the whole day due to a “technical issue”. Person on the phone was very unhelpful and just said call the app partner. Will never order from this restaurant again

I love their wonton soup and food is delicious but it takes ages to arrive! Gave them another chance tonight but we ordered at 7.30pm and no delivery until 9pm. It was only 2 x soup and 2 starters for goodness sake. We phoned to ask about the order but they really don't seem bothered. If they can't cope with amount of orders or short staffed then please close while you deal with other orders. Close the app whatever. Definitely abslolutely completely the last time i order. Ever. Avoid.

We rarely have take away. Around a month ago we ordered one from the place we would usually use and we were seriously let down by the delivery. It was delivered around an hour late. Decided to try the Oriental Garden for a change, as my son had heard good things about it. Really impressed! Food was delivered right on time and was both tasty and hot. Will definitely use again

Amazing take away, every dish is a winner. Good delivery service, food always arrives hot and ready to eat.Constantly satisfied with the service from here, would not use any other Chinese in the area now and there are a few, but none match Oriental Garden, not even close.Keep up the great work👏🏾

On line order delivered 5 minutes early, food very hot and well packed. Big portion of crispy duck, tasty soups and pleasant main pork and prawn dishes. Ordered our usual range of dishes but enough left over for another meal. Would certainly use again.

Tasty as ever. Much thinner batter than most places have on the s&s chicken balls, Shanghai chicken was great and my Dad who likes a bit more heat absolutely loves the Singapore noodles and kung po chicken. Good delivery time too and driver friendly and polite.

Fairly priced. Ordered a take away for home delivery. Food arrived hot.Chicken noodle dish was nice and was HUGE.The prawn balls were a disappointment.The oil was too hot and the batter was too thick. Crispy on the outside but undercooked batter inside. Inedible.The sesame prawn toast was average.Found the hygiene rating on google at 3 stars.It would be great to find a Chinese take away in the area with 5 stars.

I have eaten in the restaurant here with my children and always had great food and service. I found them most pleasant and accommodating to children as we were recommended by other families.We order for delivery from here too as the food is just way better than others i have used over the years.

Tried for the first time for take away and very pleased. Lovely sweet and sour chicken, special fried rice and some some less obvious dishes like the salmon with tamarind sauce were really good. The ribs I ordered were a little chewy but tasty. The online menu could do with describing the dishes in more detail. Will definitely try again.Been back a few times now and its been consistently excellent. Really happy to have a reliable takeaway

Very nice food but a little on the expensive side. Very friendly and polite waiters. Usually very quiet. Also does takeaways.
