Pizza Express in Bromley

The restaurant was lovely and the staff were great but my pizza was warm. They redeemed themselves though, the pudding was delicious. Also, need to get sharper cutlery.

Service was very good. Food was up what is expected at a Pizza Express. The reduction in star rating is down to small details as a regular PE customer. The Legera no longer has a proper salad, just a load of spinach and the pizza portion is much smaller.

I went here with my family and Guy was absolutely amazing. His customer service was outstanding. He had friendly approach and natural warmth really added to my experience. This was very clear and apparent especially when compared to the older gentlemen who I found was very rude and was clearly racist. Once other family members came and sat with me who are of a different race, he treated them completely different, which I was not too happy about. However, Guy's excellent hospitality skills superseded the need to complain about the older gentleman's terrible customer service towards myself and my family when being seated by Guy. I thought he undermind Guy alot but Guy rose above it and continued to perform at a high level. Also the food was absolutely tasty, we all enjoyed every bite of it. Compliments to the chef! Give Guy a pay rise because I am sure he is not getting paid nowhere near as much as he should! Apart from the negative statement made. I thoroughly enjoyed the good and the service from Guy. Absolutely bloody awful. Ordered 2 pizzas and some sides. It took 45 minutes to turn up and was stone cold and like cardboard.....and it cost 50 quid. Never again

The best italian in bromley even the service did superbly well when suggesting a non alcoholic drink when being in my dry month that bruschetta could have it again the wine list looks very impressive something for next month trying not to tempt myself without a doubt definitely coming back again..........

We love eating out. Yesterday we visited this fine place which friends told us about. We passed a lovely evening there with high-qulity meal and a well-trained crew and a great cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall definitely go again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Great pizzas, friendly staff. They dont have a paper menu due to covid, need to check it on their website and then place the order

We did book well in advance for the birthday of our son. The food was excellent but the one that made the difference was the friendly staff. The restaurant was busy but we seen the staff always smiling and attentive. The man that was in charge came to our table few times to ask if we were having fun and needed anything else. This place has become now my favourite restaurant and we will be there soon. Many thanks to all the staff. 100% recommend

Pizza burnt, food cold. When I mentioned the food was cold the waiter just picked the plate up and said “ok”, then brought it back 5 mins later after it had been zapped in the microwave 👌🏼👌🏼 proper service here 😂😂. Honestly all these chained Italians are the same, over priced, under staffed and over rated.
