Pizza Express in Bromley

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal and desserts. Food was filling and very flavour some. I love the children's menu as it is well worth the money. My pizza was absolutely delicious! I do prefer the service in the evening as i have been there for lunch and found the service to be quite slow considering it was near enough empty in there. However, the food is always to a high standard

The sun was out so we sat in the gorgeous garden at the back! Such a beautiful spot for the warmer weather! The food was absolutely amazing, one of the best salads I’ve ever had! The service was just as good. With a delicious Aperol Spritz to top it all off.

Had lunch here with my partner, we were the only ones in the restaurant so service was quick. Waitress was very helpful and welcoming, food and drinks were quick and everything was okay at that point. I ordered a leggera American hot which was really nice until I noticed a long hair in the mixed leaf salad. Waitress was very apologetic, a new one was prepared but I couldn't finish it so had the rest to take away. A dessert was also offered as an apology. Also the salad with the leggera pizza is very plain and boring, it's just rocket with another leaf and minimal dressing. After this the waitresses colleague took over then service went very slow even though there was now only one other table seated. Will be visiting again and hopefully no issues next time.

The restaurant was lovely and the staff were great but my pizza was warm. They redeemed themselves though, the pudding was delicious. Also, need to get sharper cutlery.

Service was very good. Food was up what is expected at a Pizza Express. The reduction in star rating is down to small details as a regular PE customer. The Legera no longer has a proper salad, just a load of spinach and the pizza portion is much smaller.

Absolutely bloody awful. Ordered 2 pizzas and some sides. It took 45 minutes to turn up and was stone cold and like cardboard.....and it cost 50 quid. Never again

I went here with my family and Guy was absolutely amazing. His customer service was outstanding. He had friendly approach and natural warmth really added to my experience. This was very clear and apparent especially when compared to the older gentlemen who I found was very rude and was clearly racist. Once other family members came and sat with me who are of a different race, he treated them completely different, which I was not too happy about. However, Guy's excellent hospitality skills superseded the need to complain about the older gentleman's terrible customer service towards myself and my family when being seated by Guy. I thought he undermind Guy alot but Guy rose above it and continued to perform at a high level. Also the food was absolutely tasty, we all enjoyed every bite of it. Compliments to the chef! Give Guy a pay rise because I am sure he is not getting paid nowhere near as much as he should! Apart from the negative statement made. I thoroughly enjoyed the good and the service from Guy. Thank you Pizza Express! This is for the restaurant in Bromley next to Vue cinema.

Great pizzas, friendly staff. They dont have a paper menu due to covid, need to check it on their website and then place the order

We did book well in advance for the birthday of our son. The food was excellent but the one that made the difference was the friendly staff. The restaurant was busy but we seen the staff always smiling and attentive. The man that was in charge came to our table few times to ask if we were having fun and needed anything else. This place has become now my favourite restaurant and we will be there soon. Many thanks to all the staff. 100% recommend

Pizza burnt, food cold. When I mentioned the food was cold the waiter just picked the plate up and said “ok”, then brought it back 5 mins later after it had been zapped in the microwave 👌🏼👌🏼 proper service here 😂😂. Honestly all these chained Italians are the same, over priced, under staffed and over rated.
