Pizza Hut in Bromley

Really poor service in this branch. Often out of one food or another and don’t bother calling you back to tell you. Or if you’ve ordered and paid online already you have to go through the headache of emailing customer support and showing them proof of order and confirming order number before they process a refund.

Terrible placeAhmad Is terrible person and they haave sent me wrong pizza and refused to send the correct one, rude person and impolite, disrespectful and arrogant and he hag the phone on me…will write big complaint about this service and behavior, terrible pizza hut and bad person Ahmad

My partner who is not from london tried calling dominos and for whatever reason was directed to this pizza hut. We were obviously very confused but the man on the other end of the phone was rude and started shouting at my partner that it wasnt dominos (as if we didnt know) and kept hanging up without apologising. Close this place down

I'm discussed I ordered 2 pizzas this evening in the middle of eating one and I come across a hair phoned them they deneyed it was anyone from there and offered us a side dish there customer service is discussing too never again

Received a pizza this evening from Holmsdale road bromley, my partner paid cash and asked for a receipt as he’d ordered for delivery, the young girl said the receipt would be on the box on receipt of the food, an hour later we received a call from the shop saying our order was ready for collection, my partner explained the situation in which the pizza was ordered, over an hour later we received the said pizza and accompaniments stone cold! Absolutely not expectable, would very much like to hear from Pizza Hut on this disgusting service, or lack of it as the case may be.

honestly how incompetent do you have to be to give my order to someone else.. dont care i got my money back i spent waiting 40min just to have it cancelled. People do yourself a favour and dont bother with this one

Ordered from £5 menu on line, and phoned through immediately for a change of topping (no cheese and a gf base) due to dietary requirements, however due to a shortage of GF bases they couldn’t complete the order, unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund, but the store did agree to change the order which they had already started to another topping, which my son who had just arrived home would eat… still disappointed I couldn’t get my pizza or a refund, but at least the pizza won’t go to waste and they were most apologetic on the phone…. Update, just had the delivery and they have kindly included the additional pizza for free!!! Good work guys 😊

Excellent service last night, as always. I ordered food for collection and it was ready and waiting, piping hot straight from the oven and ready to takeaway. Staff are always efficient, friendly and professional, clearly take a pride in their work. This remains my go-to Hut, well done crew 👍

I’m personally not a massive fan of Pizza Hut, I’ve never really had a great experience. However, my partner loves it for some reason and as it’s his birthday I agreed to having Pizza Hut.Now, we’re only down the road from the shop. Not even a 5 minute drive but for some reason the delivery times are ridiculous. We got our order. Two large pizzas, two sides and various dips. All of the dips were missing and my pizza was not what I ordered.I’ve seen previous reviews talking about the rude staff, the guy who picked up the phone apologised and nicely said he’ll send us another and the dips we were missing. But they were out of BBQ sauce. (Which was one of the dips we ordered) but whatever.So, 30 minutes later, I have my pizza and dips. Nice and hot. I take a bite, and I don’t know if this is just how this shop does their bases but it’s so soggy and basically raw. I just picked at the toppings, which I can’t complain about but I would’ve liked to eat a pizza, not some heated veggies and meat.It would be a one star but the guy who picked up the phone was very helpful. I wouldn’t eat from here again.
