Primo Caffe in Bromley

Primo Cafe has been our favourite place on the Orpington High Street pretty much from the day they opened. We are so grateful to them for their help during this most recent lunch visit in the aftermath of storm Eunice - they charged all our devices for us while we ate. Many thanks for not just being a lovely cafe but for being kind and helpful too!

Had a superb bacon sandwich on toasted brown bread with tomato ketchup in a small bowl, along with a large cappuccino after a Sunday workout at the gym...it was delicious! Go in and try.

Hi Primo, Had a great muffin and Latte in here earlier today, spoke to the young lady making the coffee (think I heard someone call her Lucy) she made a fantastic cup of coffee and has great knowledge of the local area. Will visit again as long as the coffee is always this good. Thank you

Lovely cafe but needs noise reduction, in the form of booths, plants, sound deadening etc. Same in West Wickham, when it's busy you can't hear to chat, you end up yelling so definitely somethings to address.Staff are great, food fab and great atmosphere. Prices are fair too.

Value for money- quick sevice and staff are friendly. We had Panini and hot chocolate and enjoyed it.

Nice Interiors, staff, food & pastries. Great atmosphere to work a bit while you sip your coffee.

Great selection of coffee cakes and Italian style sandwiches great family place always made to feel welcome here even after 3 years is still Go to. My son loves it here as did my wife some moons back. It has an independent feel isn't pretentious and has just about the right seating in and out. Clientele is warm and friendly a good place to catch up with friends or family.

Visited this caffe recently along with family which is near to Tesco in orpington high street. Ambience inside is fine with tables inside outside and back side. Food ordered was served quickly and we are satisfied with the taste.

Well this is a first-ever negative review I have ever writtenPoor customer service. Behavior of staff was rude and unacceptable. It’s not what she said, it’s how she said it. This was our first visit to the café and we had no idea regarding items on sale and menu. I was deliberately not coming close to her face because as a scientist I thought it’s not safe for her well being in the current climate and I should speak from some distance. However, the way she told me to come close and speak as she was unable to listen was rude. Worst customer service ever. A person who cannot smile should not be in a profession where customer service is a key part of the skill set.

+++++++ stars there are not enough stars to give fablous place. Love this lovely Cafe. Gorgeous food and top quality tea and coffee, very friendly, helpful staff and excellent service. Possibly the best cafe we have been to by far. Very good value for the money. Had the chilli con carne with rice today. 👌perfect!
