Puccino's in Bromley

The place where I have a quick breakfast. Inside of station, seating area is available. Coffee, croissant, sausage roll….

Staff are so lovely and jovial, nice to have a laugh with then.Good selection of food and drinks.

I left ordering way too late because I had problems picking up my tickets and these guys really sweetly brought my coffee over to me on the train! Incredible service, made my day!

Platform 7/8 (no Harry Potter intended).Approach wearing mask and a lanyard explaining I'm hard of hearing. No conscious effort to help me, met with rudeness instead.Ordered coffee. Went to pay for coffee... sign said use card when you can so I did. Like a lot of people I no longer carry cash. A perfectly good debit card, from a perfectly good (I use this sparingly) bank.I think overall 7 times I try inserting, tapping, entering my pin... by this time I feel I should have at the very least taken it for a McDonald's first. Customer service was rude from start to finish including the lady in front of me having the same issues. Puccinos your card machine is as broken as your attitude in that stall... oh so is your fridge door.Advice go to platform 1/2 ( again no Harry Potterisms) it's worth the stair climb!!!

Very friendly staff. Noticed that they didn't froth my milk for the latte (the milk was on the desk in a jug before I got there and wasn't refrothed or didn't pour new milk into the jug to froth it) - therefore, it didn't really taste like a latte more like espresso with some hot milk on top.

Lovely service, great guys but the coffee is always too hot. You burn your grind and destroy the flavour of the coffee.

The one on Platform 1+2 has surprisingly good coffee for a train station , great music and very friendly service.
