Rose and Crown in Bromley

This is a great family gastro pub. It has a massive (beer) garden with a playground for the kids to climb & play on - so you can chat in peace and keep an eye on them!The garden also has tecki huts (not sure if that is the correct spelling!) if you need cover (they also have heating in the winter so you can go any time of the year - I would suggest you book them) and a load of benches to sit on.The food is great, pub classics (fish and chips, gourmet burgers) and a few more interesting dishes (lamb patties with pita and salad, whitebait& chili's). It also has a wide range of drinks.It has parking, although it is pretty full most of the time, when we go. Disabled toilets and baby change are there as well.Great pub, great food and good fun for the kids as well...

Lovely staff, Jo, John and Sharon. Always friendly, helpful and happy. Lovely food but also a lovely old world public house. Call in for a quiet drink or a great meal. We go often, John makes a lovely cream topped coffee.

Staff were so friendly and genuine. They accommodated an unexpected, large group of my family after we attended a funeral. The food was delicious and modestly priced. Vegan friendly also.Very clean seating area and the bathroom facilities were immaculate.

Superb Sunday roast here today. Beautifully cooked & presented meal; the seasoning was especially impressive. Thank you for your help in accommodating us, even though you were fully booked, we really appreciate it & will be returning 😀

A warm welcoming pub. Stopped for a late lunch today and was greeted by very friendly staff. The food was delicious. I will definitely return and recommend to friends.

Had our Xmas party here from work. Beautiful pub, service and food quality. Only downfall was the price of soft drinks £3.55 for a bottle of coke zero. Will be going back.

Beautiful pub nicely laid out. Attentive staff and very kind and polite. Food was beautifully cooked and tasted amazing. I had the burger was cooked just right and slightly customisable and partner had the fish and chips both very tasty.We had a tikki hut out in the garden very lovely and comfy beautifully lit and the garden well maintained could see that money had been put in the place to make it nice as it can be didn’t see much of the inside of the pub but what we did see look lovely and well kept. Would deffo come back and recommend to any one

Had a lovely roast here - food was tasty, and staff were friendly & helpful. We transferred outside to eat dessert to let the littleuns test out the play equipment (swings, seesaw, climbing thing) and staff sorted stuff efficiently. Has a nice sized car park and a good sized beer garden with lots of covered bits. Would recommend :)

Had a fantastic lunch at the Rose & Crown today. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We sat outside in one of their beach huts. The fish and chips in particular were delicious, but we enjoyed everything we ordered. Highly recommend a visit!

Food was very average for the price we paid. Meat patties were hard and buns were cold. Good thing the chips were warm. But 3 burgers and 3 pints cost us £68. That's a bit of a stretch. The service however, was spotless!! Sadly i dont think i will be coning back though as I've been to pubs where at least i am willing to pay such price as the food is worth it.
