Good quick service and decent coffee... It's Starbucks...

I was wondering why this Starbucks received such a low score but soon I understand. Most staff there are lovely however there are two staff members, one male and one female who generally hate their work. I spent a lot of time at the shop lately due to construction work at home. The female staff made my drink wrong twice and I saw her making wrong orders at least five times. It is however not the worst.The male staff who’s tall, skinny and often wears a cap and headphone around his neck is just rude. He closes the upstairs session whenever he pleases that the store closing time matters very little to him. He usually closes the upstairs session half an hour earlier than his colleagues would so he can clean the space and go home (I suppose?). While you are still there, he started to put up chairs, clean the floor and just cannot wait for you to leave an hour before closing time. When I was the last one to leave, he often looked at me like I did something horrible to him. Today when I challenged him on why he closes the section so early, he got so aggressive and threw his cleaning spray hard at a chair near me. As a customer, I have never felt so unwelcomed at any other Starbucks I have been. It is such a shame as the store got spacious seatings upstairs and is the only shop near Bromley north. I however would go less often because of individual behavior of one or two staff members while others are being absolutely lovely.

First time at this branch of Starbucks. The male manager had great customer service felt a warm welcome. However the female staff members who processed my order not a care in the world. After getting my order wrong they had an attitude to change it and then just plopped my drink on the table for me to collect no verbal exchange. Would highly recommend a visit to Greenwich or Charlton branch instead their customer service is next to none.

I tend to only hit Starbucks during the times where they host my favourite seasonal flavours, that other coffee shops fail to compare to. The service within this Starbucks is fast and reliable. While my order has been wrong a fair few times, it is always fixed and often my friend or partner benefit from the incorrectly made coffee. Mistakes will be made in any trade, but this Starbucks fix it with elegance.

Cosy shop and I love the drinks.Staff aren't to friendly. The lady serving my friend presumed that she was buying two of the same drink and then when I went to order she just presumed that I was ordering the same drink as my friend so didn't even give me a chance to order before telling me the price and asking if I wanted cream. I told her my drink order and said I didn't ask for a hot chocolate and she got a bit off with me. Not very friendly and didn't seem to want to be there.
