Lovely pub, great atmosphere. Great choice of gins. Lots of outside space. Very clean. Would love it even more of they had more gourmet crisps selection 😃

My first visit for years. Excellent staff and service. Ordered a pint of The Bexley Ale which was very good. Sat in the outside front seating area in the hot sunshine and had a pleasant relaxing 30 minutes. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Not been in here for a number of years - but does appear to be a friendly local pub that get's busy at times - with lots of events.Only down side us the cost of drinks i.e.£5.30 for a pint of Guinness (14/05) which i personally thought was a bit on the high side, as well as the most I have ever paid todate! - but looking at the numbers of Customers at the place - I don't think the owners / manager have much to worry about even with the recent price increases.

Had the greatest day for my Step Mum Sharon's birthday today. Martin and his team..(Sharon)..and girls...so accommodating and friendly...lovely place for a celebration. Outstanding.....we'll be back 😍

Went to a family birthday celebration today, a small pub with a big heart and a warm welcome. The buffet laid on was simple and delicious with veggie choices. Thanks Martin and the crew. Great to put a face and shake a hand of the man behind the review replies. I stand by Martin's comments on those that leave low stars and no comments, if you have something to say....SAY it!!

Great food and friendly staff. There's various seating both inside and outside, and you can reserve tables too so perfect for whatever your plans/occasion. Definitely recommended

This pub is a little gem. We had a birthday for one of our friend. They were very friendly, the food absolutely delicious, never had such a tasty and great sized burger in a pub before, and in good price so hats of chef...told him too.Definitely worth a visit. Garden is lovely too. Big thank you for the staff.

Hands down the worst Sunday Roast ever.15 containers of food and nothing labelled. Just what you want to be doing - guessing what's in what when your starving.Beef was for sandwiches and really thin. Smothered in gravey too.Potatoes were not done well at all. And the veg was OLD. Yorkshire puddings were rock hard.Extra gravey in coffee cup and custard was ambrosia (see photos).Cauliflower cheese was rancid ( see photos)There are no excuses except a really awful chef and managennet who do not care. Its a shame to have to write this during COVID but I think there are no excuses for companies now who are lucky enough to be serving not to be giving an A1 service and quality we expect and deserve.
