The Olive Tree Cafe in Bromley

Nice looking place, looks classier outside but still nice inside.Very clean, staff were attentive and happy to help with whatever you need.Food was well cooked, all quite basic but still pleasant to eat.Pretty reasonably priced.Have to say it was quite busy so they clearly appeal to the local customers.

If I'm in Bromley this place is my go to. Absolutely huge portions well priced, beautifully presented and not a bit of grease in sight. If it's not family run it certainly gives that impression- and the comfortable diner style seating booths allow for private conversation too. Love this place.

It was very average. Service slow, prices ok. I had high expectations from the exterior but afraid they weren't confirmed. I chose "home made soup of the day", which turned out out to be a famous brand of cream of chicken soup from a can (it has a very distinctive taste). No choice of bread and was given white stodgy bread as accompaniment. Disappointed and won't return.

As many other reviews state, staff have attitude issues and one particular staff member has a serious attitude issue! I have been here many times and every time I went to this cafe I have ordered one of the set breakfasts which comes with either tea or coffee. Staff do not acknowledge this when ordering and walk off before you can even ask which one you would like. This then makes it very awkward when asking for the tea or coffee. Then the last time I went, I asked the waitress if I can have my tea or coffee which comes with my breakfast and then got some really rude attitude from her (rolling her eyes and strong sarcasm), then added it extra on my bill ! The food is already overpriced for what you get and the food is very average tasting, nothing special. Just a convenient place to eat if you’re in Bromley and want a breakfast. Completely unprovoked attitude from her, me and my gf were polite and friendly. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend !

Best breakfast ever in Bromley.If you wanna get nice food with perfect service...this is your place. She is always smiling and so kind . 10/10

I'm a big big fan of The Olive Tree Cafe in Bromley... I'm a regular for late breakfast!The staff are just brilliant... always so friendly. And they're quick, even when they're busy , which they often are (because they are popular!).PS They have the best coffeePPS Great for people watching if you sit outside!

Food absolutely worth every penny and gorgeous.

Staff have major attitude problems. Waitress on front of house is rude, any customer queries are dismissed immediately. Male staff member always speaks to you as if he'd rather you weren't there.EDIT: After placing this review I got an unsolicited message on Facebook from the manager. I do not think this is appropriate and as this business clearly make a habit of searching their customers on social media I would not recommend visiting.

I was looking for a place to eat breakfast here in Bromley High Street and I saw this restaurant near Bromley South Station. Took a search at TripAdvisor, saw good reviews. This is the first time I ate an English breakfast and I love it. Taste was not so strong nor weak. The coffee is also good. Will definitely come back here

Great place to eat, always very busy as the food is very good, freshly made and served in no time. The lady owner friendly, always in a speed mode and very very professional !!!
