Consistently good quality Indian food for the last few years, continued under new name (+ ownership?)

Food is always great but on three occasions we have waited 2 hours for a delivery. We have used the restaurant for several years but this evening will be our last.

I adore this restaurant! They prepare sensational dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that place is very experienced, I love very much eating all their dishes. The food is always tasty, the service towards the visitors is agreeable. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all.

One of my go-to places to grab some food. great location, always clean, and good customer service. I highly recommend them!

I can only think that previous bad reviews were under different ownership? We tried this place after a new brochure came through our letter box with a £10 voucher. Since then we have had it twice again and we find the food consistently good. Lots of good choices and good servings every time.

First time used the Papadam for takeaways and very happy with the result. They didn't have one item, but they rang to discuss an alternative and the food was then delivered punctually, well packed and dishes labelled. We were all happy with our lamb, chicken and salmon dishes and quantities were very adequate.

We often go into this restaurant as it’s very near our house, food is good. Often the restaurant is empty but they seem to have a lot of take aways. Tonight we tried to order a take away, haven’t had any since the lockdown so was pretty excited, 2 hours later (starving now) and still waiting for the food despite 2 calls. My advice is don’t order online without calling, as when we called an hour after ordering, it seemed like they hadn’t even prepared the food. Disappointed as was looking forward to the meal but so hungry by the time it arrived and annoyed as it was very late when we ate.

We've had numerous takeaways and visited the restaurant several times over the years and always found both the food and service to be consistently good. Really surprised to read some of the other reviews... best advice is to try it for yourself. Tried out this restaurant seeing as me and my family live quite close by. As we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces, meal with the family was fantastic, no complaints. I am a big curry fan so I know a good curry when I try one and this place didn't disappoint at all.

A fantastic place which was always good but has somehow managed to make a giant leap forward and is now as good as any Indian restaurant I have ever been to -- and quite possibly the best. The food is amazingly good: superb fresh ingredients brought together in such delicious ways you won't be able to resist 'just one more mouthful'. The front-of-house team are terrific too - attentive, courteous, friendly and professional. I had a wonderful meal there tonight. I recommend Papadam to anyone and everyone. I can't wait to go back!

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are tasty and the stuff is generous and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a lovely evening. highly recommended.
