The Ramblers Rest in Bromley

Have started coming here for a weekday lunch with some local mums and our babies. We really like it - the food is great and is extremely reasonably priced for the location. The pub team are all super friendly and we have a great experience every time we visit . Inside is lovely and so is the garden.

What have they done? Football blaring out of TVs everywhere you look. Interior redesign seemingly done by an IKEA intern. Probably the worst pub I have ever been in. Definitely so in terms of the promise of the exterior and location, versus the massive disappointment of the soul-sappingly awful, awful interior. So much bad taste. There should be laws against this sort of desecration.No rambler will be resting here anymore.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Clean, tidy and accommodating. Would recommend to 'Rest while Rambling '.👍🏼

Decent pub with a sheltered garden out back. The pub has multiple TVs showing a variety of different sports, which can be intrusive at times. Seems to cater for the budget end of the market, with beer and wine options that reflect that. Decor is clean, but bland and very grey - which is a shame as its' status as a historic pub would really suit a quirky olde-worlde style interior. Food is good and the new Chef is doing his best to introduce new and exciting items to the menu. A good pub that i will visit again for sure, and with a few changes it could be a really great one.

Lovely pub. The friendliest staff. Great food. They even brought a small plate of sausages out for the dog! Exactly what we needed after a walk.

Lovely little pub.Warm and hospitable staff who can't do enough for you- the chef even came out to us who was very pleasant.Food was great too.

Nice modern pub maybe missing a bit of cosiness, lovely food but my chips were a bit salty, but my friends chips were fine. Lots of radiators if you need to come in from the cold

We had a surprise 30th birthday celebration for my son and booked the Lower bar for the event for 30 guests. It was perfect! The staff were accommodating and helpful and really entered into the occasion. We were able to decorate the area with banners,balloons etc. And the food was first class! We went for the Gold choice menu and it was amazing.Thank you so much The Ramblers Rest for making this event such a memorable occasion.

Lovely pub . My first visit today and had only a drink , the bar staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome, I will 100% be returning and will try a meal too next time xx

I have been eating lunch and dinner in here for a while now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The decor looks fantastic with a lovely beer garden.The food is delicious, by far the best fish and chips I've had in years! As for prices the meal deal you cannot beat on value.
