Good local pub, decent bar garden and the food is recommended. Good staff.

A lovely relaxing pub to have lunch and a couple of pints. The staff are very friendly and helpful and looked after our group.

We stopped in for a Sunday dinner which was delicious 😋 the kids were over the moon with their dessert too, friendly staff and locals too

Lovely welcome. Just popped in for a bit as we went for a wander. Ended up having lunch (well we ordered 2 starters to share). Just a good pub…the way I like pubs to feel.

Pete and his team made our first pub eating experience, safe comfortable and most certainly above and beyond government guidelines for covid 19. Thank you for a safe comfortable Sunday and lovely meal see you soon x

It's a great place in many ways. A local that tries to make everyone welcome and I like that. Small but big enough and in summer great to sit outside. Food is well above average and they try to put on some variety. Book if you want to eat though generally you will be fine. As with most locals there is the local faction blocking the bar area but I guess they rely on guys like that to keep them going

Great countryside pub. Very welcoming owners and the beer garden is beautiful. Try The Woodman's burger it's top notch 😊😊 I highly recommend for a nice meal or a drink with friends.
