A friend recommended the Sunday Roast but it was very disappointing. I order a trio and was served just turkey. Ordered a Stuffed Yorkie which didn't arrive until chasing, and when it did arrive it was just a Yorkshire Pudding with no Beef. Order topped potatoes, which again had no beef, just gravy. No parsnips were served with our dinners despite being on the menu. We ordered water for our table which we never got.The 2 stars go to one waitress who was very understanding and friendly

Lovely little pub. Nice and friendly staff. Been twice now to see my mum at this pub and always been impressed with their food.

Very friendly and a lovely lunch too. Our dog was made to feel welcome and we had a great seat in the sunny garden.Desserts were disappointing but everything else was reasonably priced and good value.

Gorgeous little pub tucked round the back in beautiful Chislehurst. The roast on a Sunday is worth the trip alone. Add to that, lovely drinks and cocktails and brilliant staff, you really cannot go wrong. Will be back very soon

Large group of us went up for a booked meal. The staff were fantastic and offered a perfect level of customer service. The food was fantastic.I personally had the roast beef and was cooked perfectly.Prices were great as well.I was expecting it to be pricey being as it's lovely location but found it to be very reasonable. Will definitely be returning.

Had a lovely family lunch here today. Fairly large table including children and Colin our waiter was fabulous. Food was delicious. We have been several times before and food is always good. Highly recommend at the moment the salt and pepper squid starter and the Korean chicken strips starter. Food was all hot and fresh. Colin was helpful, attentive to everyone’s needs and a lot of fun too. He is clearly an asset to the team there. We will be visiting again soon. Recommend.

Been here a few times now with my wife & father. The Roast dinners are amazing, decent portions & cooked to perfection! The puddings are just as good. The staff are attentive & service is faultless. It’s not very often I bother writing reviews on a restaurant, but felt this one deserves it!

Went for mothers day, there were 7 of us altogether including my son who has coeliac disease. The menu offered a variety of gluten free options and our waiter was extremely helpful. The front of house staff were warm and welcoming and the pub had an inviting and calm atmosphere. Food was delicious and if something was unavailable an recommend alternative was offered. Great service, great food and great atmosphere.

Good choices on menus. Weirdly the specials menu had calories on but the ordinary menu didn't. I'd like to see all calories to help make good choices. Food on our table was good but my ceasar salad had too much sharp salad dressing. Fresh mint tea was a bonus and waitress was brilliant.

The service here is impeccable. Menus are always diverse and interesting plus they do seasonal one's too. Food is made on the premises from fresh ingredients. They are very accomodating in terms of mixing and matching from different menu's and fully support Vegan and Vegetarian needs. The pub/restaurant is also slightly off the beaten track as part of a village of sorts. Well worth a visit or several. I have recommended to everyone I know and those that have visited have also been impressed.
