Unico Gelato and Caffe - Bromley in Bromley

Has been passing by for tens of times but never tried as it's not in a fancy location. Just tried their black Americano and ice cream, and both are really really good. The staff seems to be nice and professional. So definitelyshe only place in my list to have a gelato in Bromley. The seating area is a little bit small though, so quick coffee would be nice but not suitable for coffee-work purpose😊

I doubt their ice latte had any coffee in it. Tasted pretty bad too.

Quality gelato in a great selection of flavours. Nice spot to relax in Bromley town centre. Staff always courteous.

The best Italian coffee and ice cream in the UK. You can taste thd authentic taste of Itally. Highly recommended.

My kids love getting ice-cream here. The Caffè is very close to the bus stop, which makes it a good stop to get something for the road 😀

Best ice cream, love pistacchio and biscotto. I hope they will put back rum and raisin at some point.A little update on this review. My boyfriend ordered a cake for my birthday (today). Unfortunately yesterday we both tested positive for covid and we had no way to collect it. I called Unico and they sort out a delivery for today, they didn't even charge for it, also the lady on the phone was very nice and sweet. The cake was outstanding, delicious (pistachio and hazelnut). Thanks Unico for making my covid birthday a bit more pleasant ♡

Most of the staff are very polite and very helpful and friendly.I feel sorry for them because in late evenings there’s two females working. Anti social behaviour is not new in that area and those girls have to deal with it?? Not fair on them at all. There should be a male present at all times in my opinion.Ice cream is absolutely amazing so is the coffee and the cakes.

So I arrived to Bromley South and I was extremely thirsty for coffee. I went to the nearby Nero Cafe. After 3 minutes waiting in the queue I gave up and went further up the High Street to look for another coffe shop and I found this one. At first look in I was a bit concerned that if I ask for my favourite single espresso macchiato they might not know what I'm talking about.I could not be more wrong. The salesperson knew exactly what I was talking about the prepared my favourite coffee just the way I like it and I didn't wait more than 30 seconds for it.
