Very clean well presented resturant freshly cooked food helpful friendly staff will definitely go again and recommend you do try this place.. every time I go it's always the same good quality and consistency of good food.

I've been going here recently as recommend by someone else, very large potions, good quailty of cod and chips - and there steak and ale pie is delish

I went to Wickham Bay and ordered Chicken and Mushroom pie and Cod. The fish tasted very nice and fresh but the pie was not nice. It tasted a little off, would not recommend. Although, our kind server took it back and we was not charged for it. We ordered another cod instead. Unfortunately they were out of mash so we ordered chips with our cod. The chips were alright, quite tasty. We also ordered curry sauce and tartar sauce. The curry sauce was alright and the tartar sauce was nice and creamy. The service was quite good. Would definitely recommend you visit Wickham Bay, kids loved it!

Best I've had, and I've had fish and chips in Scotland, Ireland and all over England. Nothing as good as this place. The batter is unbelievable, so light, clean and delicious. I ordered the seafood platter, against my girlfriend's wishes, as she didn't think it would be enough food for us, and it was the perfect amount. The chips were perfectly cooked, a little crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Service was lovely.Absolutely love the décor of this place. The tiles on the tables. The brick walls. The flooring. I will return for more.

Went there for a family meal I had a lovely grilled salmon new potatoes and veg ( the veg came separate in a side dish forgot to take a photo LOL)You also had a choice of four different sources for your salmon.My hubby had haddock and chips and the batter on his fish was beautifully crisp with a side order of coleslaw.There was a seafood shaving platter to start with, had to take a picture of the size of the prawn huge!! Hee hee!I would definitely recommend going

New venue for my daughter's and me. Fantastic food. Had the sea bass on a bed of mashed potatoes with pesto sauce and veg. Was really nice. My eldest she had the fish burger. Which was proper fish in batter. That was also really nice. Will definitely be visiting again. Was not very busy tonight Tuesday.
