Sadly I didn’t think to take a photo when decided I must review this restaurant, but that’s partially because I was searching for prawns on my plate! I ordered king prawn linguine, which consisted of literally 3 prawns! There was a lot of pasta, but when you pay over £ 14 for a dish, you would expect to have more than 3 pieces of seafood. As much as the seasoning, etc. was good, I was generally disappointed. Not sure if the kitchen chef had no stock or whether these were instructions from the head office, but I doubt I will go back there. Staff is nice and professional but that’s not enough.

Popular and busy restaurant serving pseudo-Italian food. Friendly and helpful staff but food fairly average. Perfectly acceptable if you are not looking for a special meal.

Had a really lovely vegan pizza. The pizza was a really good size and had no after taste, its probably one of the best vegan pizza's ive had.

Overall experience Good, however chips for my daughter were forgotten even though she excitedly asked for chips to our server when ordering, but mistakes do happen, and they did turn up in the end and we were not charged for them.Bruschetta & Garlic Bread Tasty - Chilli infused oil is a must at this place!JackFruit Pizza really sloppy/dripping with the water from the jackfruit or oil not entirely sure what it was.My Spinach and Margherita pizza was nice.Aside from this nice staff and lovely atmosphere.

Usually love this place but very disappointed yesterday. Went with my 2 grandchildren and the service was abysmal. Had to find a staff member to order after waiting for ages, then one meal arrived but after 10 minutes nothing for the rest of us. Grabbed someone eventually and our food arrived immediately though rather dried out, it had clearly been waiting on the pass. Then asked to par the bill whilst still eating our desserts. Get your act together!

Overall a very disappointing experience at bromley zizzis. Was left waiting ages for food and as soon as it arrived it wasn’t correct (had asked for chips instead of cheese and was given cheese). The waitress serving us didn’t seem very bothered or happy and the manager or supervisor wearing a red blazer even swore whilst speaking to us about the system being down. Very poor. Would not recommend coming here.

Overall good. 2nd time they've been out of pink prosecco though, and the dessert I ordered seemed to be missing something.

We ate here on NYE and it was such a bad experience. We had prebooked but our table wasn't ready even though the restaurant was half empty. The staff tried to cope but they were desperately short staffed. At least 4 of the starters we ordered they didn't have along with some mains and several deserts. Two starters had to be sent back as we couldn't eat. Mains came up with wrong orders, different pasta to what we ordered etc - they had even ran out of spaghetti! Such a shame as we have ate in this restaurant for many years and hate to see it like this. By 7.30 they were turning away customers for the evening and only serving pizza take away. Its a shame there weren't any management to speak to on duty. I emailed head office but never got a reply. The young lady on duty who was covering manage tried her best and we appreciated her coming to speak to us at least.

Excellent service and lovely staff but food was very grim. The pizza was rubbery and congealed and my pasta was very watery and flavourless and the tomatoes in the sauce were undercooked. The tiramsu was edible but not good enough to redeem our experience. Unfortunately will not be returning.

I love Zizzi's but I won't be here again. Although the staff were friendly and polite the service itself was terrible. As I write this I have finished eating and we are totting up the bill surrounded by 16 empty glasses and bottles on a table of 9 guests, and this when the restaurant was practically empty. The plates and glasses took an age to clear, at every stage of the meal one or more items arrived incorrectly. The King Prawns were delicious. The calamari was bland. The spaghetti bolognaise was inedible.Normally I go to One New Change and the food and service are excellent. I think next time I'll just pay the Congestion Charge and go to a decent Zizzi's instead.
