Afternoon Tea at The Montague on The Gardens in Camden

This is the worst afternoon tea we ever experienced. The scones and cakes are the worst. You can get better one in anywhere else. We were extremely disappointed, and we discourage anyone to book the afternoon tea from this place.

Waitress was very inexperienced. Mixed up all the teas we ordered and gave us wrong information about our order. No refill, if not all order high noon even for kids. Then charged us extra for tea. For four small scones you for 20£ extra. Overall also too expensive for some OK sandwiches. Cannot recommend.

Amazing experience! Alma was an amazing server and ensured a comfortable and accommodating experience. Food and environment was lovely. Would recommend.

Quality of food was okay but the tea they were serving and had offered us were tasty especially my favorite earl grey.On top of that, they refill the food if you want more without extra charges as well as the tea.

The sandwiches didn’t seem that fresh, like they had been pre-made and sat in a fridge for a while. However the scones, cakes and tea were delightful. I also loved the funky leopard decor!

It's enough nice if the price is reasonable. For me, the quality and price are not much, as small terrace, old facilities, average service, etc....

This was my favourite afternoon tea that I've had so far. Such helpful, friendly, and polite staff, food was very good, and you can try different kinds of tea and have more of any of the food that you like. Great time spent in a beautiful atmosphere!

Went for a hen party. The food was great—they bring more of whatever you want. The place was really accommodating with the decorations we put up and made the event easy and special. Would recommend for a group event or just a fun day out!

Afternoon Tea was lovely, staff was very friendly and attentive - never had to wait too long to order something (though had to ask again once or twice). Traditional fare with smaller tea menu - but significantly more reasonable with the Oct. 2021 25% off special. Not sure I’d recommend without the offer.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming. The Afternoon Tea was good but it can be better for the price asked. The location was a bit small but cozy. Overall was good.
