Agra Restaurant in Camden

First time trying this restaurant and we will be back! Food was excellent and hosts were gracious and attentive. Garlic naan, butter chicken and balti chicken were all delicious. Highly recommend.

First time ordering. My partner went to collect, greeted by polite and helpful staff. The food is delicious, we really enjoyed the generous portions and freshly made food. Delicious tender lamb Biryani, with a lovely veg curry, great special fried rice and potato Aloo. Very tasty, satisfying dishes and a lovely selection of dips to go with poppadoms. Will definitely order again.

Food was good, chicken tikka jalfrezi was very spicy 😋 Staff were very accommodating as I turned up on a busy Saturday night without a booking and they still managed to fit me in 👍

in the past two weeks I've had a meal from the top rated Indian in Drummond Street (second time) and a meal from Agra (which I have had a number of times before). There really is no comparison. The taste, freshness and quality of Agra is far superior. Another lovely meal.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Central London. Their chappati is awesome, just like from home. In the time I spent in London, I dined here at least on alternate days. Tried a lot of their dishes. Great food and great service. Mohammed Taj was very very helpful and I thank him for this!Highly recommended.Mustafa.

Heard about the name sometime ago but didn't try until recently. We went for a quick for quick and rush lunch with few Korean delegates. They loved the food like something. Try that spicy Chicken Naga without missing. Was served Biryani with raita and veg curry was impressive.

Best north Indian food. Oldest in London since 1952! And Mohammad Ali ate here...that's great!

Wee gem of a place..Simple small and friendly family restaurant selling wholesome Indian food. Exactly what I was after. Will definitely return when back in this part of London.Some interesting pics on the wall of characters who have visited over the years (Ali, some blues guy, Roy Orbison etc.) And this old fella who sat next to me (see pic) who has being dinning there since the 60s lol...

I went with my office colleague who discovered this place on Google. As we sat in the place for 10 minutes we realized it was pretty old place established in 1954. Famous Indian actors of the 60-70s had visited the place. Since the place involves a bit of walking from the busy street it is cheaper compared to other Indian restaurants. A typical Indian meal, 2 main course veggies with naan roughly costs around 40 GBP. We started of with Gin and Tonic with some Indian starters to go along. Definitely recommend this place if you are Indian tourist and want to enjoy the Indian food at a reasonable cost.

This little restaurant is one of the Indian with more history in the neighbourhood and maybe also in London.Authentic and super natural traditional Indian food.Excellent service and amazing flavours.Súper recomended!!
