Awesome food. While visiting Hampstead Heath, this is the place to visit if you feel hungry. It serves Mediterranean cuisine. We tried their hot platter and their veggie platter to sample multiple dishes. Everything was fresh and yummy. Their serving sizes were superb as well... Thank you bistro laz

This used to be our favorite neighbourhood restaurant when we lived in Parliament Hill. We returned after 3 years and were greatly disappointed. From the moment we entered the staff seemed extremely unhappy with us bringing our very well behaved 2.5 yr old. They initially tried to shove us into a corner, then ignored us and took more than 20 minutes to bring a menu. It then took 1hr and 20 minutes for them to serve the main course. In the meantime other customers came, were served way before us and left while still waited. The staff were extremely unfriendly, did not even bother with the basics such as bread which they brought half empty when we asked and charged us for "extra bread". It was the worst experience we ever had in more than 10 years of dinning out in London. We should have refused to pay the service tip but didn't want to waste more time there.The food is still good, but the we will never step foot in Laz again.

A friendly and comfortable place where you can get a range of very nice Mediterranean dishes, including grills, pizza, pasta, seafood and other mains. Laz’s Favourite chargrilled lamb fillets was an absolute standout - simple, delicious and showing that they really know how to handle meat. It was beautifully tender and tasty! The sweet and rich Sangiovese wine was superb. And also, of course, you could hardly ask for a better location right by Hampstead Heath.

Nice food, nice atmosphere and good attentative service. What more can you ask for.

Great service and delicious food! Came here on Boxing Day before our walk and the food was so flavourful. We all very much enjoyed our meals. Thanks for the fantastic service too!

Went here to get out ove the wind yesterday. While the baby slept I'm the pram. I was helped by a staff member to get up the small steps to the restaurant. Wasn't really hungry but I thought I'll grab something. The octopus salad was nice but I felt it needed something else. Either way it was tasty. My Turkish coffee was delicious. I loved how it was served. Very smile staff n pleasant. Would return to try something different.

Great lunch location, and a menu with a lot of choice. Sitting outside in the sun is lovely, as is the setup with the screens so that you don't feel too close to the road or traffic.Really friendly staff and quick service too, without feeling hurried.
