Visited them after seeing good reviews on Google. Overly priced and disappointing food. We went there around 3pm, long waits despite only handful tables being occupied. As complimentary, 4 olives (for 3 people) and cold, hard and soggy bread which was sent back. As compared to other Turkish restaurants, where you will get complimentary salad, warm bread and sauces. For starters, lentil soup was ok (nothing special). For main, ordered 2 mixed grills but portions were below average (2xlamb shish, 2chicken shish, 1 round piece of kebab, 1 lamb chop) and ended up ordering another. Food quality? Really struggled to taste anything it was so blend apart from some sprinkled herbs. Surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place. Perhaps we are used to quality taste provided by some of the restaurants in Haringey.

Very nice food and staff. I had the stuffed aubergine and it was delicious and filling. The rice was so tasty!

Cocktails was good, but the food lacked flavour especially the lamb chops bland

Came here last night for a friend's birthday dinner and not only was the food delicious, but the restaurant is stunning and the staff went out of their way to make us all feel welcome (we were in the private room). Between us, we ordered various things, but I had the Adana Kebabi for my main, and the kebabs were cooked perfectly; tender and moist with no fat/gristle. The rice and accompanying salad was lovely too, as was my drink (raspberry mocktail). They also took special care of our vegan friend, pointing out which dishes/sides had butter in them, for example. Nice location too, right by Russell Square.

The waitress was very kind and helpful. The was okay, thought it would have been better compared to other Turkish food I've had in the past. Very clean environment with up to date deco.

Me and my wife had just came back from watching Les Miz, and wanted to go somewhere nice to eat for our anniversary dinner. The place looked lovely and the staff were very nice. We ordered the mix grill and as it arrived it looked fantastic and we were excited to dig in. However as I began cutting into the meat I realised the lamb were extremely undercooked but I was starving so I tried to eat as much as possible, however it was physically impossible as I cut into the second chunk of lamb which was completely raw on the inside. My wife’s food the same and she got put off so much that she only ate one piece of chicken and the rest of the bread. I ate the starch which was all musshy and tasteless. Worst Turkish food we’ve had. So we just asked for the bill to leave, but as the waiter came he realised we haven’t finished and I told him about the problem and he said that it looks more rare than medium and I instead that it was raw. He took it to the chef and gave us free dessert, although we just wanted to leave. The dessert was the only thing worth paying for, but we ended up paying a hefty price for uneaten food. All together customer service was great but I’m sure we got food poisoning.

When poets write about food it is usually celebratory. Food as the thing-in-itself, but also the thoughtful preparation of meals, the serving of meals, meals communally shared: a sense of the sacred in the profane. This is the best place I ever tried in London since 14 years . Thank you so much , every thing was perfect !

We asked the waiter to recommend a dish and we had the lamb lokkum. It was delicious! The best lamb I’ve had in a long time. Really nice staff and lovely atmosphere, will definitely visit again.
