Nice place to relax quietly with friends and have a few not exorbitant drinks

Service extremely poor - slow and unapologetic. Very self-service type of atmosphere. Decoration and set-up is nice but doesn't reflect the atmosphere or 'feel' - very dull and dry, despite the live jazz music. Scones and tea were very average. Will not be going back.

Service slow not enough staff for a Saturday. Once food arrived it was good. But some of the cutlery and cups were also not clean. Staff very polite and working hard and apologised for the delay. But lovely environment and atmosphere. The hot chocolate is out of this world

Don't really want to tell people about this gem, should keep it to myself. Call in if you are in the area, table service and nice atmosphere

Always quiet during day and lots of space and comfy chairs. Great place to hide away for a coffee with a book.

This place is incredible, beautifully decorated and some of the best piano and jazz music I have ever heard. Those guys that play on fri and sat night are amazing. We need more of this music around. 10 out of 10 for that band. Loved them. 👏👏

Hotel lounge bar and cafe near Russell Square Park. Quiet and comfy with sofas, but the atmosphere is more suitable for older people. I would prefer going to Starbucks instead. Nice cocktails though!!

Great selection of beers, wines and cocktails at very reasonable prices for London. Pleasant décor and ambient music to match.

Always a pleasant atmosphere, especially on friday and saturday evenings when Ralph and co are playing some cool jazz

Elegant but friendly.. Good place for group meetup from Guinness to Cocktails to Burgers
