Mediocre place and service. We ordered a coffee at 13.15 and were informed that they don't serve coffee after 11.00( despite the place opening at 10am) . The Baba Napolitano pastry wasn't even close to the original in its taste . Wouldn't visit again.

Relooked over my bill this morning and for what I received it's disgusting two skinny tiny chops with some leaves and a small bread in a bowl??? £15tomatoes with some onion small bowl is the mixed salad not what I asked for £10.00 very rushed slimy and rude staff luckily I won't make it back as I'm from North but I'm going to complain to trading standards and food

I do not usually write bad reviews unless something bad happens. I went with my fiancee and her parents to this place and ordered 4 drinks. When we were going to pay I realised they were charging us more for the drinks (which is a bit suspicious as they use tablets so they can add what you are ordering straight away but let's give the benefit of the doubt) so I asked the waitress to check it because it was not accurate (when she came back with the new bill she did not even apologise so I decided to remove the service charge and her answer was "we served you", can you believe it?!! I asked her to remove it because it is not mandatory. On top of this the service charge states 10% but they were charging us more as well (it is not calculated automatically they add whatever they want -11.5% to be precise) - really bad practice from whoever is getting the bills out! Lastly, £8.5 for a pint? Shocking!!!! I will definitely not coming back to this place again

every time we come here, the pizza is always spot-on. it's so, so good - I recommend the l'orto if you're vegan or vegetarian.

we asked for 2 Nation beers, which is 6 pounds each, so 2 for 12 pounds, they charged 20 pounds because they decided without our consent to give us the large one without asking them for it.So they literally owned 8 pounds without asking forpermission.They apologised for the inconvenience and gift us a chocolate croissant..But the i think (greek) girl of the reception needs to leave that place soon.Please.

I had the spaghetti carbonara and my partner had the l'orto and we split a side of frigitelli peppers. The waiter went above and beyond by letting us sample a number of their house beers.I am so glad we got to eat at such a fantastic restaurant before the Tier 3 measures were brought in.
