The pizza is very disappointing.. Very expensive for average quality and relatively tasteless ingredients. I will stick to Sacre Coeur in Kensal Rise...its the best.

Itās fine. A bit overpriced for what you get. I picked it up so no issues there. Not the best for the price but the staff was friendly enough

We bin both pizzas, the vegan cheese was disgusting and I was near to throw up, the most disgusting pizza I ever ate in my life, the chorizo was also impossible to eat. Don't know where this restaurant take the ingredients but for sure I will never buy there more, and I spend 35 pounds for bin everything.

I am a coeliac so cross contamination is a big issue for and unfortunately although I recieved an excellent 'gluten free' pizza from Basilico, it became obvious very quickly that due care hadn't been taken - if you can risk it, go ahead order but I won't be again

Amazing pizza and great customer service! Itās very good to see that the vegan and gluten-free options means that Basilico is available to everyone. Would definitely recommend and return:)

80mins to deliver, £32, cold, dry and honestly terrible! How this place can call itself a pizzeria is beyond me!

Weāve always loved the pizzas from Basilico. We went online and hit reorder, one for my partner and a gf (Iām a coeliac) one for me.Arrived fine as always, looked lovely. No problems with delivery, hot pizza. However, mine looked slightly different and instead of tucking in I luckily I checked the receipt - no mention of gf.The order screen said gf. But we called Basilico to double check and they said the order didnāt say gf so had sent a normal pizza. They seemed to imply there was a problem with the system (ok, these things happen but how many coeliacs hit āreorderā?!) and it doesnāt send through a gluten free request if you do it this way. We pointed out our order confirmation page confirmed we had ordered gf (Iām not 100% convinced they believed us!) and requested they send another (which we had to pay for).Since then weāve tried calling to draw someoneās attention to this issue and also request a refund for the wrong pizza - impossible, only the manager can help and doesnāt seem to be there most days.I know there are āfaddyā dieters etc, so people arenāt always too sympathetic to gluten free needs. But for a coeliac, eating a non gluten free pizza would cause a lot of issues and could make someone VERY sick. At the very least, someone needs to look into the order system and work out how to deal with people who need gf hitting āreorderā.Not cool Basilico!

While Basilico Pizza Hampstead offers a large variety of pizzas in three sizes (10'',13'', 18'') my order of an Americana Pizza was dissapointing and poor value for money. For starters £15.95 for a 13 inch pizza is not good value. Having paid an extra £2 for goat chesse and £2 for mushrooms I was disappointed to see it only bought me three very small pieces of goat chesse and five thin slices of mushroom. All in over £20 for a cold, average 13'' inch pizza.Compared to other pizza parlours such as Oregano Pizza and Homeslice - that offer a 20 inch pizza for £20 loaded with ingredients - Basilico Pizza is a poor choice. Their tagline 'simple, honest pricing - delivered free by experts' does not hold true, given the 'honesty' does not translate into good value.

I ordered from here several times and always loved the pizza. You pay a little premium but very much worth it if you want real Italian tasting authentic pizza. Cooked in a real wood burning stove makes for a perfect crust. Staff is very friendly, delivery times super fast.
