They can do the burgers only medium or wel done!👎I asked to be medium,but they make well done definitely by purpose for their safety.Also no taste at all !The waiter had his panties out.👎and every 5 minutes he was touching the hair with the hands.👎I will mever come back!

Burgers anyone?The overall experience was okay.The service was a bit slow. It took a bit of time for them to recognise that they didn't take my order yet. Which was a surprise since they had a lot of floor staff. Once She took it, the order arrived quickly though.The beef patty and the blue cheese were really tasty! Juicy and great flavour.The burger's bun not so much. It was a bit dry and slightly undercooked.The salad had way too many sun-dried tomatoes, which was too overpowering.Not sure if I'll be back. 🧐

Very nice place. The decoration is rather pleasant and makes the place quite welcoming. When looking at the menu, the expectation might grow high. The burgers are made is very good products: the meat is good and perfectly cooked, their fresh buns taste also super good. However the whole thing at the end does not provide the ' waow' effect so much expected. The burger are even a bit blend. A pity, because the recipes do not need a big tweak to achieve much better.

The burgers are up with the best around at this price point. We had the tasty Le Jura burger, plus paprika fries. The burger was very soft and juicy, the bun soft and light. The garnish included red peppers which is different. You also get a generous helping of crispy fries. The burger certainly tasted different but very good, will definitely be going back for more. Highly impressive and well situated in South Kensington.

I loved it.The burgers are so tasty, fresh ingredient, delicous food, with the addition of french cheese... it is the perfect combination.Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.Highly recommended.

The burgers here are something else!Bursting with unique flavour. Juicy with amazing sauce and cheese. The burgers are big and there is a large helping of frites, would highly recommend the paprika frites!The cordial drinks are really amazing! Especially the mint flavour which is very refreshing.You can see the staff cooking and preparing the meal.Staff were friendly and helpful with describing the burgers and recommending their favourite. Had a good laugh and some banter with them and they made us feel comfortable.Toilets are down some steps so may not be accessible for those who have limited mobility.

I had a chance to try Big Fernand in France and I am glad that they’ve got a branch in London. The French cheese selection makes them different than other burger joints in London. I went for the Big Fernand burger ( it comes with tomme de savoie cheese ) and fries with raclette cheese. The environment is relaxed and the staff is good too. It is one of my favourites burger places in London.

Imagine a selection of French cheese, then American burgers. Now put them together and you delicious combinations that this burger place offers. The choice of burgers are absolutely delicious and I'd say unique. They are heavy, the cheese in the burger makes a large portion but I wasn't expecting anything less. I wouldn't go to a burger joint to get low calorie food. The fries were really fresh and crunchy. You can also get cheese on top your fries because why not. The staff were friendly and professional while the atmosphere inside is really vibrant. Overall, I'm giving 5 stars because there is something unique, tasty and worth visiting!

Food was amazing, the atmosphere is chill. Prices aren't that bad compared to other burger based restaurants. Would definitely recommend you try.
