Visited this branch a few times, the food and milkshakes are always amazing! The staff were really nice and friendly. The restaurants decor is also really cool!

Pretty poor burger, ordered a c-rex aka chicken burger, it was burnt and dry. The bun was also rock hard, couldn't eat it as a burger. Same with my friends b-rex. The onion rings in the burger still had the onion skin as seen in picture, like a piece of string! Very poor for a burger joint, used to be very good. Service and staff where very good though.

Loved the food. great service. Wasnt crowded whwn we visited at lunch time during the half term. we had three kids with us, they all enjoyed their favorite meals.

I ordered the veggie cheese melt burger. It has to one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve eaten with the pickles complementing the cheese. It’s a must try if you love cheese.

Decent burger place that aimed to be a bit more upscale when Byron's started some years ago. Clearly beats the fast food chains. Selection of burgers could be better, but the cheesecake dessert was absolutely delicious.

Reminded me of Fawlty Towers.Mediocre food, very poor and slow service. In spite of being only a third full they were very slow. Also when the party next to us finished their meal and left, instead of clearing the dirty table staff instead used it as a dumping ground for other dirty plates (see photo). I found this quite disgusting to look at while we were still eating.When we did leave, the trash island table next to us was still there and over half an hour old.I would not recommend this place.Follow up note 31/08/2018 - so Byron Burger replied to my post and asked me for details of my visit and my contact information so they could “follow up with me via email”12 days later and they have not responded. It appears their customer care and follow through are on par with the service in their restaurant. Incompetent and useless

Beetroot burger nothing special Service very bad. I asked for a bill and obvious that I finished but haven’t been realised by the staff for long time and had to go up to the staff to ask again...don’t want to come back with a quality like this paying this much money. Not worth it

We waited 10 minutes to be seated, I have never seen so slow working people. Half of the tables were full of plates from previous customers for more than half an hour.

Was looking forward to this as I'd heard quite a lot. Unfortunately I ordered the burger medium and it was more like well done.Couldn't be bothered to complain as I was on my own and didn't fancy waiting for a new burger. Plus I hate wasting food.Fries were nice though and the staff were very pleasant.Hopefully I'll get a chance to go back and order rare next time so i can give it a fair chance.
