Absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Amazing place with the sweetest staff, a superb atmosphere and delicious food including tarts and cakes! A real heaven that I highly recommend! I ordered a birthday cake for my friends 30th birthday and it was incredible!! Truly the best cake that she ever had. It was fantastic and perfect. The chef was so lovely and helpful as always! Thank you very much for making my best friend’s birthday truly spectacular!!

Only sells for takeaway right now. (Website doesn’t say this) didn’t state the reason but my guess is coronavirus. Staff does wear masks and stuff, doesn’t even let you sit on their chair, points at a tiny sign when you ask if eat in is allowed (yes the staff is impolite and mute). A pastry chef did come out once, he was friendly, but with no mask, no hat, no gloves — obviously only we “aliens” have coronavirus, the chef is immune and we don’t have to worry about him spreading it in the cakes. And of course it’s also out fault if we didn’t read every sign before we go in the shop. It’s always the world not being good enough for their standard, It’s never their fault to not communicate with us better.Good quality cakes but not worth the trip. There are lots of friendlier and tasty choices for French /Japanese pastry and cakes in London. Only go when you happen to be at west side. Take metropolitan line from Baker Street and you will be here with just one stop. (Finchley road. Not to be mistaken with Finchley the area!)

The finest Japanese pastries in London! Consistent exceptional quality and seasonal products. Worth the wait. Must order way ahead for celebrations. Croque-en-Bouche is divine!

I love the fruit roll cake and all green tea flavor cakes! Staff are very friendly. They have different selection of cakes everyday, I usually check their facebook page before I visit the shop. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Amazing Japanese cake so light and fluffy. There is always a long queue outside the shop, but definitely worth every minute of the wait. Grab a piece or more whenever you are close by.

A French style patisserie but with a Japanese twist. It's very popular in the local area and it's hard not to see why. Don't think I've ever had a bad cake/tart/etc and the staff are all very friendly/polite.

Love this patisserie. Exceptional quality and delicious cake. I really like how they pack the cake even though you are buying just one slice of cake. The staff actually put a “cake holder” so the cake stay put in the take away box.Big thumb up for the cakes, services and friendly staff.

We love that pâtisserie . Never been disappointed. Rum baba is a strong favourite, followed by strawberry cake with green tea. But still many to choose from that we haven’t tried. Today, the black forest reinterpretation was excellent.

There is very little seating but other than that fantastic place. Lots of dessert options available, including seasonal cakes. Also they serve one of the best teas I have tried in London. Highly recommend. Chef is also very kind and attentive to the customers.

A nice little place for morning or afternoon tea. They provide a wide range of classical French desserts, which are freshly baked everyday. However, it is a shame that most cakes are too sweet to feature the delicacy of different texture and flavour. They also offer a selection of great tea, which could to some extent balance out the (over)sweetness of the cakes.
