Had a business meeting here at 10am Monday morning. Got a poor service and the croissant was so bad (stale) my colleague and i didn't finish it. In addition three PDQs didn't work. It wasnt a good experience

Nice to be back after a break. Sad to have lost our St Albans branch, though. Ravioli with butter sauce my favourite. Excellent service.

A nothing to shoutabout experience.Service was okay, benefit of the doubt because our waitress was still in training so wasn't familiar with the carluccio ropes; however, the senior staff seemed to take away finished plates while members of our party were still eating, and they managed to smash 4 glasses during our 2 hour dine. For the food, mushroom soup for me was excellent, but from what I gather everyone else's starters were 'ok'I didn't know what I was expecting with the saltimboca as main, but I know full well I can expect never to order it again and to go for pasta instead. Dessert on the other hand can never miss, I had the cannoli and coffee combo, and the brioche pudding was a favourite with everyone else. The tables and chairs were reminiscent of eating in a school canteen, and the toilet facilities weren't great either.

Can not rate lower hence the single star!I have visited other restaurants in this chain before so thought it would be nice to eat in when come back from a day out with my wife and children. We were greeted nicely out front and asked if we wanted to sit inside or out. We opted for inside and we’re taken to a table next to the toilet door, not ideal BUT it is a small site so forgivable. After the meeter greeter left us, that was the last interaction we had with any member of staff!!!We sat with menus for 20 mins and we’re not even asked what we wanted to drink!!The staff inside were too wrapped up in their own conversations to be bothered to even acknowledge we were there to eat so we left.As we left, with 2 very upset and hungry children, I spoke to the meeter greeter and said “Small piece of advise. Could you remind the staff inside that if they at least take a drinks order in 20 minutes, they may keep some custom!”This was met with a childish grimace and a half hearted apology. From previous experiences with this company I expect much better and would never return to this one again!

I only came here because the one in canary wharf is closed. Vibes not the same. Food still nice.

My first visit to a Carluccios in about a year, I was both surprised and impressed by the removal of pizza from the menu, thus helps the chain I guess stand out from the other big Italian eats. The staff at this restaurant are all very nice, working hard to achieve your requirement.Decent attention placed on allergies and the possibility to adapt some meals.Food was nice and for our party of 7 it was a nice step back from the hustle and bustle of much of the area.Would recommend and would eat there again.

Food was abysmal half was cold when it arrived and for some reason the garlic bread was soaked in salt.Really hoped for a tasty meal before heading off to the o2 to see a concert.Overpriced and disappointing. On the plus side our waiter was charming and had a great customer service attitude but even his enthusiasm couldn’t save this.

I nice Carluccios in a great at the back of St.Pancras station. The concourse tables look out on the departing Eurostar trains. It was a little quiet in there last night when we shared a Tiramisu over coffee, but what with where we are at the moment, Covid-wise, I guess that's not surprising.

The BEST garlic bread I've ever had along side a beautiful Veganesca Spaghetti! Could not fault anything. All of us enjoyed our meals and the staff were great 👍
