Great food!! If you want to enjoy a real italian meal, you have to visit this place. The food is tasty and the service is great. For sure I will come back when I visit London again .

Absolutely appalling customer service from Casa Mamma.I placed an order and only got delivered half of it, one container open and sauce all over the rest, the dessert missing altogether.When I phone to report the issue, not only I do not get an apology, nor an offer of replacement. The guy is incredibly rude, tells me it's my problem, nothing to do with them and then even tries to make me out like I am the one being out of order!The food (the little that I managed to eat) was cold, chewy and simply average. I shall never order from them again.Beware.

They are really rude. They brought the check without asking and they come like every 2 minutes to look if they can pick up the plates while you are eating. They refused to let us set in a comfortable table, although the restaurant was nearly empty. Too expensive for small portions, in the menu stays that meals are surved with potatoes and green beans, which is not true. I wish I could give no stars.

Tasty food, however they don’t wash their clams properly. I order that dish two times in their restaurant. The first time the taste was very good, but the clams were dirty. they didn’t charge me for that dish, which was nice of them snd I didn’t finish even a half of it. The next time when I ordered the same dish, the dish was smell not the same, and the clams still contained some sant. They don’t have honey in their restaurant and they made my tea 15 minutes. The service could be better and they must to clean better their seafood.

Back up to standard. Love this restaurant. Brilliant service. Prompt and friendly. Book a train later so you can enjoy a really good meal.

Lovely Italian restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was nice and served fast even though it was a busy Friday night. I have enjoyed my desert and the rest of the food.

Really lovely and a cozy place to have an Italian experience in the heart of City of London. I have been here quite a few times and haven't had a bad experience so far. The restaurant is very neat and tidy. Dishes are undoubtedly very delicious. Haven't tried their soup though. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an Italian break :)

The best night at the best Italian restaurant in London. The staff, service and food were fantastic. Would definately recommend to anyone wanting a taste of Italy.
